Was denied service due to the employees turning off the grill and fryers before close. What's the point of being open if you aren't going to serve anyways?! Could've had at least $40 more dollars for the night, that's if I was the only one denied! Such a disappointment! Below is a screenshot of what I was going to be ordering. Updated- DQ customer service provided today has changed my opinion from previous experience! Thanks for the great customer service!
Always has food out quickly and it's always fresh. Great customer service. The drive through is great. There's limited parking due to location but there's always an open spot. And my dog loves their pup cups.
The service at this Dairy Queen is terrible. The dining room trash cans were overflowing and the women's restroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels.I tried to order off the 8 dollar menu and was told that this Dairy Queen doesn't honor those items after 3 p.m.
