A must visit! Homemade rootbeer, so good! Homemade ice cream, delicious! Burgers tasted so yum! Also had tator tots and homemade fries and cheese curds that were so delicious! Super friendly service all served in your car or we choose to sit an in outside booth, all with a great view of the lake. A must stop! Highly recommend!

Very simple ordering system. Food was better than expected. Great cost for food value. Would recommend. Worth the visit.
This was a fun mini road trip date night for us. It's an old school drive-in. They bring the tray out to you, and it sits hooks onto your window. The burgers were old school style and delicious. I could hear a ventricle slamming shut so you know it's good. So, if you are a khale tofu smoothie weirdo, this isn't your place. Take that spit down the road to the next hipster joint.The owner operators were really laid back and were very welcoming even after we got there 10 minutes before they closed. They chatted pleasantly with us for a few minutes when our food was gone and politely kept the lights on for us as we just soaked in the experience of something old yet new. So don't come here with the attitude of expecting the spectacular, come with getting back to basics mentality and you'll be happy you did. Fundamentals win championships.
I bought a gallon of root beer and I got a jug of syrup. I think I got the wrong one. Why not sell Barqes (wrong spelling) locally made. Barney Burger excellent, fries excellent. Food great. I will be back often and soon!

I have loved Barney's since I was a kid. I stopped over lunch omw through town. The fries were terrible, I told the server and she just said 'sorry'. Very disappointed in this hometown favorite. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Best root beer I have ever had. Such a fun place to stop while we were traveling through. Service was great, we had 6 people ordering and someone came out to take our ordered as opposed to the intercom system and ordering in person made it so much easier. I recommend a burger and root beer as both were fantastic. This place was very old school and I am so glad we stopped here.
Parking: If this place had more that like 8 cats there, I feel like it would be difficult since it is a drive-in like Sonic is, but you can also order at a window and they have a couple booths available outside.
