Ask for a medium #1 with a Dr. Pepper. Drove to pickup, took a bit for anyone to come to window, he gave me a coke, shut window, I waited a bit, he opened the window, I asked if this was a coke and he said yes and I told him I asked for a Dr. Pepper, gave me the Dr. Pepper, no comment from him, sorry about that. Wait for my food a bit. He gave me my bag, it felt very light, he shut the window, I opened the bag, no fries. I waited, he came back. I said isn't there suppose to be FF, he took the bag, came back and handed me the bag and shut the window. This was about 1:30pm. I am not from Waseca but this is not very good customer service, so poor. I haven't read very many good comments about this Burger King here on line, sooooo sad. Customer Service is so easy to do, get someone else to run your drive up window on a Saturday afternoon.

I was in the drive through and the guy Justin was very rude slamming the door I wasn't given all my food this guy shouldn't be representing your store I will never go back...he should be fired

I'm giving up on this location. I was given a large soda directly from the freezer; hard as a rock. I saw him do it. I actually had to explain twice why I wanted one that wasn't frozen. Ever since that day, the guy has been a complete jerk to me. From now on, I'll give my money to McDonald's across the street. They are a ton friendlier.

I have to admit I've only ever stopped here for breakfast on occasion. This week I went through the drive through and the service and food was very good. There is on older lady that works the drive thru that is just so pleasant.

Waiting 5 mins in the drive thru for no one to respond at all, there was only one vehicle in the parking lot, assuming it was the employee because all the lights were on and the side door was open a few inches. No one in sight whatsoever!!!!
