I arrived at this store Monday morning at 6:30 a.m.. there were no other customers, and I was the only car in the Drive-Thru. I ordered a sausage croissant, paid for it, and the young man with Bright red hair mumbled something about pulling ahead and he'd bring it out. I did as instructed, and waited 4 or 5 minutes. When no one came out, I got out of my truck, went up to the door and found it locked.
I backed up in the Drive-Thru back to the window and again sat and waited. After a couple of minutes he was walking by and I motioned at him. He opened the window and I asked, am I getting my sandwich? He said yep as soon as it's done and turned and walked away. As he walked away, he flipped me the bird.
Since I was 10 minutes into my visit, I left. I would like a refund for the sandwich I never got, and would ask that you maybe give that $5 to the young man with bright red hair. Maybe it will do something to change his outlook on life. Doubtful! Someone might suggest to him that if he really wants to stand out, instead of painting his hair red, he might think about being better at his position and stand out from the crowd by being the best at what you do.

I went inside and the cashier Maggie was very unprofessional and frankly rude to me. She seemed out of it and acted like me order of a number 4 meal was too complicated to put into the computer. I ended up just leaving and getting food at McDonalds. This isn’t the type of service I’d expect from anywhere now a days with the prices being so high.

I was there tonight about 8 pm or so in the drive thru and one of the things I ordered was the Hershey Sundae Pie, what I was given was the Birthday Cake Pie but didn't notice until after I drove away!!! Just wish people would be more careful about what goes in the bag.

This location opens at 6 am. I arrive at 6:40 to order breakfast. It appears the one and only employee is sitting in his car until I drive up. Place my order and he tells me it will be an additional 15 minutes for biscuits. So I changed my order to a croissant and it still takes almost 15 minutes to get my order. I am the only customer there and the service was not impressive. No apology for the delay. I really feel like I was just an inconvenience for the employee.

Staff is nice and helpful, food is good.. But.. Breakfest has been a wash everytime I've tried to go there. The hours on door/web claim 6 am. Last time I went it was 8. Door locked no one home. So go for lunch or dinner, as no breakfest service

On duty team lead had no business in that position. She was rude, not nice to the other employees (who was nice and apologetic)). Food was cold and we had to wait for an unusually long time.

I got the 2 whopper Jr. special and both burgers had too much ketchup and mayo plus it was on the outside on the bun and the wrapper. One of them had a cold burger patty as well as charred on the edges.

Our fries where cold no big deal but the melt sandwiches looked so good in the add but our bread looked barely warmed up not grilled and very sad tasting. This place has never been good. We've tried several times and always disappointed.
