Waiting 5 mins in the drive thru for no one to respond at all, there was only one vehicle in the parking lot, assuming it was the employee because all the lights were on and the side door was open a few inches. No one in sight whatsoever!!!!

Stopped in while visiting family. Staff were very nice and polite and service was quick. The store was very clean. I really liked the little book nook and coloring area! Will definitely be back when I visit again!

Breakfast was great. A lady named Karen was working and she was so sweet. We will be coming back again. It was clean and had good music playing. It was a good way to start the day.
Every single time I go here they mess up something with my order whether they’re giving me a chicken wrap instead of a chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks, instead of chicken nuggets, or punching my burger down to the point where it’s not edible they never give a receipt and if you try to get the wrong order rectified, they just get mad. By far the worst fast food restaurant, I think I have ever been to in my life.
Went for a wopper jr meal today is always greeted by the sweetest woman and my wopper jr was so good it's all I keep thinking about thankyou

I arrived at this store Monday morning at 6:30 a.m.. there were no other customers, and I was the only car in the Drive-Thru. I ordered a sausage croissant, paid for it, and the young man with Bright red hair mumbled something about pulling ahead and he'd bring it out. I did as instructed, and waited 4 or 5 minutes. When no one came out, I got out of my truck, went up to the door and found it locked.
I backed up in the Drive-Thru back to the window and again sat and waited. After a couple of minutes he was walking by and I motioned at him. He opened the window and I asked, am I getting my sandwich? He said yep as soon as it's done and turned and walked away. As he walked away, he flipped me the bird.
Since I was 10 minutes into my visit, I left. I would like a refund for the sandwich I never got, and would ask that you maybe give that $5 to the young man with bright red hair. Maybe it will do something to change his outlook on life. Doubtful! Someone might suggest to him that if he really wants to stand out, instead of painting his hair red, he might think about being better at his position and stand out from the crowd by being the best at what you do.

I went inside and the cashier Maggie was very unprofessional and frankly rude to me. She seemed out of it and acted like me order of a number 4 meal was too complicated to put into the computer. I ended up just leaving and getting food at McDonalds. This isn’t the type of service I’d expect from anywhere now a days with the prices being so high.

I was there tonight about 8 pm or so in the drive thru and one of the things I ordered was the Hershey Sundae Pie, what I was given was the Birthday Cake Pie but didn't notice until after I drove away!!! Just wish people would be more careful about what goes in the bag.
