I was there tonight about 8 pm or so in the drive thru and one of the things I ordered was the Hershey Sundae Pie, what I was given was the Birthday Cake Pie but didn't notice until after I drove away!!! Just wish people would be more careful about what goes in the bag.
On duty team lead had no business in that position. She was rude, not nice to the other employees (who was nice and apologetic)). Food was cold and we had to wait for an unusually long time.
If every fast food location had a person like Karen it would be a joy to visit them.Karen is always there to greet you with a smile and positive attitude.She is simply wonderful.Thanks for all the great service, Karen!Your efforts are noticed.
