Out of chocolate ice-cream at the order speaker and the slushy machine was broken when we got up to the window. The little was short. Only one car in front of us, but it still took 15 minutes to get up to the wwindow to pay, only to have to change our order and hold up the line. Ice-cream cone was melting off the cone by the time it was finally handed to me.

At least a couple of times the Waseca location has been out of the ingredients needed to make a featured item. Ive never experienced that at any other location. Yesterday they couldn't make the Reese's Carmel Craze Blizzard. :-(

Also the service at this DQ location is routinely the SLOWEST around. I've literally spent 15 minutes or more sitting in the drive-thru...and if you walk into the store, you can stand at the register for 5-10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that you are there.

This is the second time I’ve been in where it’s been a terribly long wait. I asked for an ice cream cone and that was about 15 minutes later than I asked for it again. People in line for the drive up. Team men and wanted their money back because their ice cream was all melted. You guys have a serious problem here with not enough help. You have a beautiful building and you have the potential to have a fabulous business but your reviews are gonna Stop that potential. It would help for you to bring in a management team to see where you could do better with your time management. The other Dairy Queen and I’ve been to Faribault up in Minneapolis. Do not have this problem at all. I wish you the best of luck and I probably won’t be back in

Waited forever in drive through. Ordered cheese curds with my meal and was given like 5 soggy french fries. $4 up charge for cheese curds. VERY unhappy.

My fries were barely warm and my burger was fine. The worst part is beverage machine was warm and out of ice. How can you sell soft drinks that are warm without any ice? I told the service people that the soft drink machine was out of ice and so did many other customers. No explanation, just they knew it was. I think a member of management could have ran over to Kwik Trip and purchased some ice for the soft drinks. How can you serve warm drinks? Hard to choke down your meal without a drink.

Although it was busy we got fast friendly service. The food was high quality and the employees like Joshua had amazing attitudes. I think my money was well spent and the food was well made. My experience is something that I look for every time I go somewhere. My week got a lot better knowing that even when busy I will get fast and friendly service. This was a very memorable experience because of how my time was at the establishment. Could not recommend more.

I came in around 9pm with a friend. I was greeted with a kind woman who took my order with a smile. I also saw other employees cleaning behind the counter and mopping the lobby. This DQ is clean and has great service. The new management is improving things alot.
