I came in around 9pm with a friend. I was greeted with a kind woman who took my order with a smile. I also saw other employees cleaning behind the counter and mopping the lobby. This DQ is clean and has great service. The new management is improving things alot.

Very attractive restaurant, and the food is good, but it's clear the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in maybe forever? I arrived at 11:00 on a Sunday an hour after they had been open, and it was clear the bathroom had not been cleaned. In fact the sink looks like it hasn't been cleaned and maybe 8 or 9 months. A little more attention to this detail I think would help your restaurant.

Will not be going here again. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and it only came with 3 strips. 😡 For how much I am paying for the basket, why would they give me 3 strips. Do not recommend. The managers are idiots.
Paid for my food then had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through at the window as the guy took several orders after. My food was cold and I only got 3/4 chicken strips.

I just went to dairy Queen. I ordered online, when I came in to pick it up they told me that there was no ticket that was printed.... So I was asked to wait for them to complete their current orders to get my food. They are extremely understaffed. There was only two people working. I ended up waiting almost an hour for some chicken strips and ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous. There was only one guy who seemed to know how to run the show, and clearly an untrained new employee that was tasked to take orders and make food. It was absolutely horrendous. I was not the only person in there waiting for food. And they ended up making the same ice cream order four times because they forgot they already made it. What a waste.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Tell me, at 8pm on a Tuesday how does it take just under 20 minutes to make 2 small sundaes? A dad with his 2 kids came in and ordered blizzards and had them before we had our small sundaes. Your workers are trash at night, rather than check on us just stared at us from the back. Will not be coming back if this is going to be standard form from you guys at this time of night
