I came in around 9pm with a friend. I was greeted with a kind woman who took my order with a smile. I also saw other employees cleaning behind the counter and mopping the lobby. This DQ is clean and has great service. The new management is improving things alot.
It's dairy queen...its always good ice cream. But the service seemed distracted, my ice cream sat on the counter and melted while waiting for something to come directly out of the freezer.... not sure what took them so long to walk over and get it...but next time I hope the get it from the freezer first....
My daughter and I stopped in to get a birthday cake for my husband's birthday tomorrow. All the cakes they had were blank cakes, none said 'Happy Birthday' on them. (We're always last minute cake shoppers!) After speaking with the gentleman at the front counter he mentioned that he may have someone working that would be willing to write 'Happy Birthday' on the cake for us.
