A nice worker went out of his way to make a unicorn cake for my mother's birthday and did an amazing job, unfortunately we didn't get his name but I wanted to thank him and recognize his hard work and thoughtfulness.
Out of chocolate ice-cream at the order speaker and the slushy machine was broken when we got up to the window. The little was short. Only one car in front of us, but it still took 15 minutes to get up to the wwindow to pay, only to have to change our order and hold up the line. Ice-cream cone was melting off the cone by the time it was finally handed to me.
At least a couple of times the Waseca location has been out of the ingredients needed to make a featured item. Ive never experienced that at any other location. Yesterday they couldn't make the Reese's Carmel Craze Blizzard. :-(
Also the service at this DQ location is routinely the SLOWEST around. I've literally spent 15 minutes or more sitting in the drive-thru...and if you walk into the store, you can stand at the register for 5-10 minutes without...
