Ordered a pizza with instructions to leave order at the side door. Instead delivery driver put my order on the front step which isn't a big deal but found my pizza box open on the steps with the receipt on the ground no where near my order.

It's very bad customer service when your delivery driver is smoking weed in the vehicle while delivering your pizza or your food. My food smelled like weed.

Placed an order for delivery. Waited an hour before calling to figure out where my pizza was only to have the guy on the other end tell me we never ordered anything, call me a liar, and hang up. They took my money and never sent my food.

Horrible customer service. For one the cashier was very rude and hung up on my mom. The manager threatened to cancel our order due to the fact that we were getting irritated because we've waited for about 45 to 50 minutes. Just overall horrible experience. Warning to those about to order from there, just don't.

Absolutely horrible service they take 50min to deliver when there 2 min up the road and they messed up my order today was told they would fix it then 30min later i get a call saying since it was ordered thru the app and not voice that id have to buy a whole new pizza which i was already told would be covered and remade... never ordering from this establishment again... and my food was cold... just missing the stray hairs or mouse droppings Anand the manager hung up on me like what kind of customer service is this
