Sat in the drive through for 15mins, no one answered me. The gentlemen next to me got to order right away no problem. Maybe answer your drive through? Continued to go inside and try to manually place a to go order, got ignored by inside staff for another 15mins. What a joke, ill give my buisness to burgerking and dairy queen. At least they have the commen sense to serve their customers

We ordered on the mcdonald's app, but when we pulled up there, they said it didn't come through even though it charged us. The milkshake was so milky and had no ice cream in it. They refused to make another one. I give 1 star.

They suck! Went through the drive thru and ordered a simple hot coffee with sugar. It came out freezing cold and like it didnt have any sugar. Immediately went inside and they said they will make a new one 'but its gonna take a while' after 15 actually minutes they hand me back my original cold coffee. When i asked why they gave my old one back they said they will brew a new cup. Like what the hell were they doing the entire 15 min i waited? They took my old cup and honestly i think they just threw it in the microwave cause it still tasted like there was no sugar.
They need some serious training at this facility. A coffee shouldn't be this hard to make! C'mon do better!

Went through the drive through right before they closed . I am staying across the street at the hotel. I was impressed !! I ordered the $5 deal . Everything was hot and fresh , the guy at the drive though super friendly and very fast service ! Whoever ownes McDonald’s in Waseca Mn has it going on !! ?

I have never been to a location that has messed up orders so much as much as this location. More often than not, my order will be missing something or the order is wrong. The manager apparently hires just anyone, anyone who can’t just take a moment to read. If they even can at this point. The patience ran long here, a missing drink is no big deal, just run back and grab it. Fries not being salted, gross but whatever. Where the patience ran thin was ordering a sandwich SPECIFICALLY asking for NO EGG. They removed the meat and kept the egg. I have allergies to eggs, so there went my breakfast. The manager doesn’t care as long as they’re still making money. I complained to corporate about this and I have YET to hear back from the manager??♀️ apparently the manager doesn’t care about their customers and why maybe their customer was asking for something made different.

It's usually pretty good going through the drive thru, but yesterday and today, not so good. I ordered the same thing both days and had to go back both days to get the right order. It's so frustrating. Pay attention to the orders people.
My Card was not working for some reason and the drive thru lady was incredibly sweet, she decided to pay for the meal, even though I felt really bad on my end, I didn’t get to catch her name but wow very great of her to do such a thing. I will make sure toPay it forward. Thank you so much, wonderful staff and service I will 100% be returning, thank you again.
