went to order something on the app and it would not work at the window. instead of charging me full price they honored the discount on the app and the girl at the window was very understanding when i told her the app wasn’t working properly. her and a manager figured it out right away for me.

I went through the drive through for late lunch and ordered a big mac meal. The fries were barely warm and like rubber. The big Mac was only warm, too. The service was good, but giving me lukewarm food shows the attitude of management. I'm not going back again. The dogs were happy since they got thefood.

Forgot my pies for a second time and when my daughter went to go back to pick them up they were very rude about it. No manager on duty.
Found long hair in burger, nasty. And they never get our order right.

What’s the point of ordering on the app and being charged right away if when arriving at window they say “ Breakfast is over “? This is getting annoying af might as well serve breakfast till 11:00am not 10:30am . It wasn’t even 10:30 yet too !

I had to ask twice for fresh fries before they gave them to me. Then my fish sandwich didn't have any tartar sauce on it. Totally dry and gross.
