They never have cheese pizza on buffet. And when i ask for it they never bring me any or tell me they put a few pieces out on buffet

The place was full, the empty tables were dirty, nobody had a chance to clean them. They continued to take people's money, only to find no place to sit. When we finally got a table, we went to the buffet, which was wiped out. Salad bar was empty and filthy, there were a few pieces of pizza , no chicken and no silverware. I understand getting slammed, I spent 30 years in the food service industry. My one complaint is that they should have asked people to wait while they got caught up. We hadn't been there in over 2 years ,because we had a similar experience last time. If you want to eat in a cattle pen, this is the place for you.

Went there for the Thursday night wing special. I could only eat 3 of them. They were actually cold. Not to say i don’t think they were even warm enough for a state inspection temps. I asked the employee to see if they could make them crispy. She said she would check. Nothing happened. The wings were not worth it. I wouldn’t do Thursday night special again.
My Mom & brother and I had lunch at the Waseca Pizza Ranch on Friday Dec 6. In the past the food was pretty good & fresh. However, this time was quite disappointing. The salad bar was just fine. The hot food was definitely not fresh (waffle fries were very stale & not hot) and there was only a couple of pieces of chicken to choose from. The pizzas that were out had been there for a while. So all in all a very disappointing visit. I will think twice about eating there again. Maybe there’s been a change in the management??

Food , what little bit was there was ok too mediocre, was here at 1230pm Friday, was not busy by any means, very little pizza on the buffet to choose from, chicken was good when I finally did get some,the employee put out like a dozen pieces of chicken and 1 fresh pizza in an hour ,

I ordered a pizza right as I payed and now its an hour and a half later and I'm just leaving. Disappointed honestly and the pizza they brought out was covered in grease and definitely not done even. Bad service and the place just looked depressing. 1/10 do better like the one in Owatonna.

We just went there. Had to wait 10 minutes for chicken, after giving a tip. There was no apple desert like there always is at the other pizza ranches. It's called pizza ranch- well we're are all the difference Flavored pizzas. Never had a bad experience at pizza ranch only at this location. What a joke- Shoulda gave us our money back. Poor place!

We know it's pizza ranch not gourmet dining here, but it's definitely the worst one around. They never seem to have anything out and the stuff they do have out is always old. The people working are ungodly slow at making any food. So if it's busy you'll get old scraps or wait.
If your dying to have pizza ranch go to owatonna. Much better selection and workers there actually bring out more food
