The place was full, the empty tables were dirty, nobody had a chance to clean them. They continued to take people's money, only to find no place to sit. When we finally got a table, we went to the buffet, which was wiped out. Salad bar was empty and filthy, there were a few pieces of pizza , no chicken and no silverware. I understand getting slammed, I spent 30 years in the food service industry. My one complaint is that they should have asked people to wait while they got...
Hats off to this pizza ranch. Doesn’t compare to the rest. Good service, good food, thanks guys! Was coming from Oklahoma and they made a few extra pizzas so I could eat before the closed. Thanks!
Brought the family for the dinner buffet. We arrived in the middle of dinner service and they only had one pizza available. No chicken and the salad bar was 75% empty. We had no problem waiting but when we asked about how long until the food is ready the staff basically said I don't know, I'm not working in the kitchen... Food was good when it finally came out but nothing was labeled and it was at least 30 minutes wait on the chicken.
