Stopped here for a hearty walleye lunch after a great time camping at Big Bog State Recreation Area just down the road. The walleye was delicious, best I’ve ever had. Great service as well. Had to buy a koozie from their gift shop to commemorate the meal, it was that good and a top highlight of our trip!

I only live a half hour north from here but had never camped here. Can’t believe I’ve never camped here sooner. GREAT spot. It is right on the water, with campsites 15-12 right on the beach. The beach isn’t very big, but the sand is great. No rocks and can walk out for miles. Food was good to

We always stop in for a bite to eat at the bar/grill while up in the north woods. The service is always fast and friendly, and the building is inviting and clean. Our personal favorite is the fried pickle chips.
