The staff today was friendly but a bit slow. I was grossed out by the dirtiness of the plastic cover that goes over the straws and cup lids; I don't think it has ever been dusted or wiped down. So if they keep it that dirty knowing that customers see it, I'm scared to know what's in the back!

I was having a craving and that was the best sandwich ever. The kind lady serving me was so nice. It was just a ham and turkey but i have been having tummy issues and its the first meal i've been able to keep down in days. Such kind service every time i'm here. Thank you

I wonder if the owner of this Subway is aware that the KIDS working here DO NOT turn on the outside lights and it appears they’re closed. This isn’t random it’s ALWAYS like this at night. Again they’re kids and they don’t have a clue about being employed. Never again -

Starting off the kids working were totally kickass, great workers and super nice. Food was amazing, exactly as I wanted if not better. However the radio was playing some super trashy top 10 hits slop garbage. It’d honestly be better in there if there was just… No radio. Whoever’s in charge of that decision should be docked in pay. And I have a feeling it’s a manager or higher up who has no idea or empathy for the kids making them their bonuses. SHAME on them.

So, I placed an order online for pickup for my lunch break, but there was some issue and they didn't receive it (though the app charged me). HOWEVER, the owner was super cool and she was very helpful - got the order in great timing and she really diverted an irritating issue into a non-issue. Props. (The app did eventually refund me)
Vegetarian options: They exist
Parking: Its in a strip mall looking thing - no issue with parking.
Kid-friendliness: Seemed kid friendly..
Not sure how a subway could be anti-kid, but, 🤷♂️

2 things, one both workers were the rudest, especially the guy working. He wouldn't even talk. Dropped our churro and didn't replace it just gave us 1 instead of 2 that we paid for. Lastly me not being able to see my food be made, means I'm not going back there

Ordered chicken sandwich and a turkey sandwich. Got it home and realized they sent a 12" flatbread something or other and a 6" tuna. Took them back and they refused to remake the order without charging us again. Staff were unfriendly and uncooperative. Done with this store forever.
Order the philly cheesesteak with pepper jack, Baja chiptole sauce, green pepper, onion and 50% more meat. All i got was half the meat and nothing else. No cheese, green pepper,onion. NOTHING ?

When I walked in I was the only one in line, not even spoken to for at least 5 min when there were 2 people working and 1 guest at a table, then when I was I felt like an inconvenience to the guy. I ordered a salad and it was like maybe I should not have? Then when I left I looked at it because it felt so light! They used to be real big, so i went back in because there wasnt any lettuce! well apparently u have to ask for lettuce?! On a salad? OK is that normal? And the gut threw it in there. I think I irritated him?? Not sure why?? I didn't ask for much as I just wanted to get it and leave Tome for new staff!! Very unwelcoming Well I went home, added to it and made a good salad lol
