2nd time here and it is great. Live in town locally and have been impressed each time. I got the torta al pastor and it was awesome as well as their burrito my father got. Tons of steak for the price. Highly recommend.

Tacos were tasty. Elotes was okay. If you go, definitely go on a Tuesday/Thursday, when tacos are cheaper. Tacos are very small and not much meat. Not worth $4, by any means. Steak tacos and al pastor tacos tasted almost identical, just different meat. But still decent.

First time stopping here at La Michoacana Amor Paleteria. We aren’t from this area we live 2 hours away and we happen to see this place on our way home. I would highly recommend this place not only it’s super clean the staff are very friendly. We didn’t have the food but we had the treats only. We had the banana with chocolate, Esquite, and Churro’s con helado. I would definitely come back if I am around this side of town again.

First time checking this place out. Friendly staff and quick service. They mostly seem like they are known for their big variety of ice cream and sweet treats. I wish their Mexican food menu had a bit more choices like other regular Mexican restaurants have.I had their homemade rice water with cinnamon was awesome! I also had the regular asada fries, (which is fries with queso cheese and small pieces of meat on top) which were good, but I would recommend that they serve it in a different way. Instead of in a basket with parchment like paper and the food on top of that, to try serving it on a plate or something else instead. I love queso cheese and had to leave alot of it in the basket because when I tried to carefully use my plastic fork to scrape it up, the paper ripped. I was careful not to accidentally eat the ripped paper with the queso. If it would be served on a plate or in a bowl, I could have gotten to eat all of the queso and not feel like I was leaving alot behind.My husband had the quesabirra, which was good. The orange and green sauces that were served with it to drizzle on top of the 3 'tacos' were good, except the orange sauce was spicy. The 'soup-like' stuff it was served with was good too. He also had their homemade fruit punch drink with small fruit chunks in it (strawberry flavor).

Super clean, cheerfully colorful with a great selection! And the steak street tacos were so good, with authentic and spicy salsas! Homemade ice cream and churros, I was very impressed and will be returning! I need to try everything. Best Mexican food I’ve found in 6 years of living in Minnesota. (From Phoenix!)

I’ve eaten at this restaurant twice and both times it was very good food but trying to call over my lunch hour for to go food, is impossible… I tried multiple times for 20 minutes and they don’t pick up. I ended up eating elsewhere because of it. So if you’re eating in you’re probably in luck but if you’re trying to order over your lunch for a to go order it might be a long wait ..
