My family and I go here about once a month. We were never disappointed till last night. Waited a long time for our food. My husband and son got theirs first. Another 20 minutes and mine came. Then my daughter got hers waffle fries were cold. My 2 year old granddaughter got hers last! A grilled cheese, really people.... Thank goodness she enjoyed some of ours. The food wasn't its usual goodness. Service was ok. We're gonna take a break before going back. A long break....

Had a really good lunch. Our server was incredibly nice and attentive. My mushroom Swiss burger was great and we very much enjoyed the Mac and cheese bites appetizer.

I ordered a protein salad. It did not have a rice and whole grain blend of anything in it. It was just spinach, onion, tomato, (I got it without cheese) and the steak bits in it. It was a tiny bowl too. To I felt it looked more like a small side salad or appetizer amount. I was pretty bummed by it
The people were nice though. Service was good though. Just sad about the food.

My wife and I came in just now looking to watch the football game and have something to eat. No one greeted us which I get and the sign did say seat yourself, which we did, but during that time no one came to see if we wanted drinks or a menu or let alone if there was even an employee there. Just disappointed that there was only 1 person on..not that person's fault but the management which does not surprise me.

Food was real good. 9/10 The garlic and butter bread was a 10/10. But the pork ribs were too sweet. I ended up scraping the sauce off the pork ribs it was so sweet. 7/10 Sirloin steak was fantastic.

The chicken in my salad was the kind that comes processed in a box frozen, icky.
We walked into Red Lodge Grill hoping for a nice meal, but unfortunately, we never got that far. Nearly every empty table was dirty, so we settled for a small one. We sat. And waited. And waited.
Shortly after a large party arrived and took up two tables, a waitress appeared. She promptly greeted them with waters and began taking their order. Meanwhile, we remained invisible, despite her glancing in our direction several times. It became clear that we weren’t a priority. She went over and helped another table while we just sat and waited.
After sitting there for 20 minutes without so much as a hello, we decided to leave. I wish I could tell you how the food was, but we never had the chance to find out.
Disappointing doesn’t begin to cover it. Poor service ruined what could’ve been a great first impression. That said, looking through comments it seems service has been an issue for a while. So maybe management doesn't care. Who knows. What a letdown.

We hosted our twins' 2nd Birthday in their side room recently. the staff went above and beyond for us, making sure everyone had drinks, great food, and a clean spot to sit and visit at. They made life easy for celebrating my kiddos. Everyone said their meal was fantastic and thought it was such a great deal to have the kiddos birthday there. We will definitely be doing that again!

Food and service were super good! Our son’s pizza fell on its way out to us but they brought him fries to munch on while they made him a fresh one and all the food was so good when it came out. Really friendly staff and great atmosphere!

Went for lunch. Was here about a year ago and was good service and good food. Not this time! I had a grilled chicken sandwich. I cut it in half and had a bite of chicken and the rest was bun. The waffles fries were good. Took half of my meal home. Went to eat the 2nd half of my chicken and it smelled so bad…rotten chicken!! Thank god I hardly ate for lunch. 2 days later and my stomach did not feel good! Never going back. Took way too long to get our food too. Very disappointed as I was hungry and it wasn’t cheap!
