Extremely unorganized. The people handing out the food is very very rude. She told customers to shut up and ignored us as we asked for an update on our food. We had to wait an hour for fries while people who ordered after us received their food quickly. They cook people’s food out of order and will have you waiting all night. I do not recommend.

Wouldn't know how the food is. Purchased a package from the Casino that included gift cards of multiple sorts but everyone of them took multiple visits to guest services to correct. The 1 star rating is solely based off the treatment of the staff that was working at the register of the Mongo Bay Grill. Very rude to the point it upset us enough to the point of feeling our 1st visit here will be our last.

Before ordering a burger(#2) made sure to ask if they could specifically be ordered m/r,,,, her exact response,,,,, "they're ALL the same size" BUT cooked to order!! (She even wrote"lighthtly cooked",,,, waited about 20 minutes( very timely) asked the supervisor before taking my order to the room if I could look at my burger( since the one prior was WELL DONE,,,BURNT LIKE A HOCKEY PUCK,,, only to hear her say ,,,, THEY'RE ALL COOKED LIKE THAT!!!! SMFH!! Never again!!! Poor poor food/service & quality!!!!!
Cash experience. Unfathomably good food and an atmosphere like no other. Margetti ranch was the star of the show. An absolute must have when visiting the area. Don’t forget to bring photo ID if you plan on purchasing chicken strips.

Where do I start? Open 24/7, granted no other places for food are available in the latter parts of the night and early morning, Mongo isn’t just a last resort, but a haven. Truly exhilarating food, especially the burger, fries, chicken strips, and the worldly Margetti ranch. Mongo Bay was the highlight of my trip, and a place where laughs, memories, and thoughtful conversation was fostered. An ode to you, Mongo Bay.
