The band Junk FM was excellent! The bartenders were nothing short of awful. Very unfriendly. Nicole H in particular was rude and never even cracked a smile. I was there with a group of industry professionals looking to have a good time, have fun with the bartenders and tip them well. We probably won’t be back purely because of the way the bartenders treated us and the other patrons.

This place is totally disgusting. I paid over $300 for a disgusting room in the Buffalo Tower. Check in was a 45 minute wait. When I went to the casino, I found out that you can only get a cocktail or beer by standing in a line 20 minutes. Then, you cannot get a drink for 30 minutes. This place is a total joke. STAY AWAY. i WILL NEVER RETURN EVEN IF THE ROOMS WERE FREE.

Hotel and casino had no bell or valet service, machines for bottled water and soda didn’t work, shower had no grab rails and was slippery and stained, coffee shop closed, food was non existent, plugs were behind nightstand.

My son and I stayed one night at the TI Casino Hotel to attend an event. The hotel room was the worst experience in my adult life. The room was windowless. For $230+tax for one night, it should have been better!!!!! Do you believe it!?!?!?! I couldn't. It was the only room in the hotel without a window. I did not feel safe at all. It was really dark and near the elevator on the 2nd floor. We went to the buffet for dinner. Not worth the money. The food was cheap and limited which was totally surprising. I was expecting more choices and better quality food for $70 ($30 each). We also visited the pool. They really need to clean the tiles on each and every pool bottom and sides. They were disgusting. The slides as well. I had to wait an hour in the line to obtain free passes to the pool for a card that earns points. Another waste of time. Overall, terrible experience. TI needs to renovate the entire hotel, pool and buffet restaurant. Not worth money at all.

Treasure Island doesn't allow RV's to park in their parking lots anymore. Heads up to fellow RV'ers. They used to but no longer. I would stop there on our way camping to gamble and eat but that is no longer allowed.

I would give Treasure Island 0 stars if could. Bed bugs, no payouts. Bet $10 win 50 cents. These slots aren't state regulated. TI MOTTO "Take take take the customer $" According to TI employees customers have bad luck at TI just not at other casinos. STAY AWAY

Corrupt Drawings. Crooked casino. Machines aren't state regulated. Highly not recommended!! If you make a $10 you win $3. Mystic and Hinckley way better. WI casinos are also better. Bad bad stay away

Nice stay, but wouldn't stay again. The swim up bar was nice. The water park didn't open up til 4, which I felt was strange. The rooms were okay. For what I paid, I expected more. No towel rack or hook to hang wet towels or suits. The casino must have poor ventilation system because each time I went in, I felt dizzy& lightheaded within 10 minutes. I didn't win anything anyway. I would not recommend this casino/hotel

It was over a year since my last visit. We stopped going regulaty since the casino never paid on the slots. I am guessing based on my experience with this visit that I will never go again to Treasure Island. What a horrible experience. Zero slot play, basically just handing over your money to people who I guess need our charity to keep from getting real jobs. No more free beverages of any kind. You can't even get a glass of water without paying. Oh, when you cash in your ticket now they don't even give back change, how petty is that? Just another way to screw you. To sum it up, this place is an absolute f'n s*it hole! Pretty much looked like all old seniors playing - they must all have dementia and can't remember how much they lose each visit, otherwise nobody with a brain would ever return to this casino.

We stayed at TI because we were in town for a wedding and that was where the block of rooms was. I'm originally from red wing, so I've been at TI a lot, but not much in the last few years. We stayed in an eagle suite. The room itself was very nice, however some sort of dividing wall or curtain between the bed and the living area would be nice, especially when traveling with kids. Our only other comment about the room is the bathroom. While the huge shower is great, the rainfall shower head does not produce much pressure, so it's hard to get all the shampoo rinsed out. Also, there was not a single hook to hang towels or anything else on in the bathroom. We went a day early so the kids could use the water park. It was not included with our $300 suite, which is ridiculous. We got there at 9pm so only had an hour, but still had to pay the full price. And, the lazy river was closed, so we just paid for swimming. And the water park does not open till 4, so even though we were there all morning, the kids could not swim. The bowling alley opened at 11, so at least we were able to do that. That and the arcade were very clean. Kids quest also doesn't open till 4 (what are you supposed to do with your kids all day when all the activities open late?). Mobile ordering from the restaurants was very convenient. We just ate in the suite instead of dragging the kids through the casino floor. The casino itself was very clean, but relaxing all the free drink stations that used to be there with paid machines was a bit surprising. Overall, it wasn't bad. But we probably wouldn't stay again unless more kids stuff opened earlier in the day.

I got a gift card from my work to their spa inside the hotel and I will absolutely recommend it to everyone! Everyone was so nice and the whole spa looked neat and my massage therapist even talked to me a little bit but not too much and I actually liked that otherwise it’s just an awkward silence the hotel time. My massage was actually cancelled before due to an employee being sick and they apologized and even offered me a discount. Highly recommended!!

What a dump. Worse casino I’ve ever been in. Music at main casino entrance was good but 25 minute lines to get one drink per person and a 1/4 mile away parking was a joke. Almost none of the slot machines are licensed with any sort on recognizable theme so they are the cheapest in the state. Save gas and time by not going.

I stayed here for my birthday for 2 nights. I was really looking forward to my stay. Unfortunately, it was lackluster at best. The room I stayed in was old and tired. it was fine, but for what I paid, I expected better than a Super 8 quality room. I won't stay here again. I stayed on a Thursday and Friday night. On Thursday, there was no entertainment in the hotel, whatsoever. Very boring. Friday had a good band. The pool area seemed OK. I mainly hung out in the adults only pool bar. It wasn't a busy weekend, so there weren't many people there. The pics in their ads show a full bar. Not so... They only serve beer and premixed cocktails in cans. That was a let down. And the water is the temperature of pee. Next year, I'll save my money and go to Vegas for the same $$$

They have a $7.50 charge just to sit at the pool and babysit the kids. If you're staying at the hotel you can actually get in the pool for $15. Pool is closed until 4 p.m and closed on Mondays. There's no maid service. No microwave in the room. No free drinks on the casino floor. Water and sodas are $3.00 a bottle. At the prices they charge for the rooms I don't expect to get nickel and dimed
