Right now the road construction around there is pretty bad. Kind of out there and wish it was closer to me, of course. That's really the only reason for not full five-star. But for real, it's a pretty nice place
We were in the Eagle Tower. Which needs some updating. The toilet leaked, the shower head barely spit out water, no microwave to heat leftovers, etc. Missed the amenities that Wolf Tower provides. However, the friendliness of the staff from the front desk, conceriege, bell hop, shuttle drivers, floor attendants, (did run into a couple rude bartenders), waitstaff, were all remarkably friendly and helpful. Definitely makes a person want to come back for more fun.
This is a lovely Resort with many things to keep you and the kids busy. I loved their swimming facilities and the Decor throughout the building was very relaxing and easy on the eyes. The service was exceptional, as was the food. I didn't do any gambling so I cannot speak to that.
