Our organization hired Lacey's for our Annual Meeting luncheon for about 125 people. Our event included many local elected officials, organizational leaders and prominent business people from the Blue Earth, Martin & Faribault County as well as other areas from around the state. Everything was fantastic and I had many people asking me who the caterer was and how wonderful the selection was and they also loved the variety of options and there was a variety of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options as well! I highly recommend Lacey's Catering for any event you may have, large or small!

I was so excited to use Lacey’s for my wedding. I had sent an inquiry on her website and heard back almost immediately, but then it took almost 2 months to get a couple questions answered. I gave her the benefit of the doubt with it being busy wedding season, but then made multiple attempts to reach her via email and text with no answer. Being 8 months out from our wedding and have had minimal response, I decided to move on with another caterer. I’m really bummed as her catering business has had rave reviews about her food, but the lack of responsiveness was frustrating and not acceptable.

We got so so lucky with her as we booked her with little research or background digging - my husband just really loved her cheese samples at a wedding expo and I liked her personality haha. Not only is she a great person to work with, but she makes some AMAZING food. Our wedding guests were raving about her brisket the whole night. Additionally, her pricing is really fair! We felt like we got a great deal for the whole spread we requested and definitely got what we paid for. My mother-in-law has not stopped talking about the grazing table since; the way Lacey makes it all look so gorgeous is hard to wrap my head around. Portions were perfect - we had just enough to send family home with a couple of servings each after, meaning, we got to enjoy that amazing brisket for a few extra days :) Can't recommend Lacey and her team more!

The food was phenomenal and she was very easy to work with. She has an answer to every possible question you could have and we have gotten so many compliments on the food from our wedding day! Lacey catered our family wedding on Sept 2nd at CVA. We had a set down dinner for 250. The food was delicious and everything turned out as expected! She also catered a buffet dinner for the rehearsal dinner at this same venue on Friday night. Our tasting was delicious as well and were excited to work with her. She is a busy girl so communication was a bit hard but closer to the wedding date she went through all the details and on the day of the events all went well! Just don’t worry if you can’t reach her, she will get the job done! I highly recommend the strawberry salad and the beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce with her mashed potatoes for a set down dinner. Several commented on the chicken with herb sauce as well.

After several months we have decided to move on to a different caterer. Bummed we couldn't try because we heard good things but the customer service was terrible and disappointing.
