I ordered a meatball footlong and neither side had the sandwich liner under it before it was wrapped up. Driving down the road it was difficult to eat as the marinara sauce was leaking through the wrapper and toppings and sauce was dropping through the holes. Please make sure to use the liner!! The team member was courteous and had good conversation otherwise. It would be nice to have more drink options at Subway shops but that is a bigger issue.

Service is wishy washy. I went there twice in the past month. First time was amazing. Second time the customer service was very rude and she rolled her eyes when I asked for something. It was quite expensive because she also did not let me use any of my coupons.

I noticed a different reviewer saying they were charged extra for veggies when they used a coupon, however that was not my experience.
I placed a order on the mobile app and used a coupon code in app. I ordered with every veggie except cucumbers and pickles and my total after tax was $7.47 for a "Ultimate B.M.T. foot long".
And I checked the measurements!!!, it was in fact over 12 inches, even when it was a little cold!

They say subs made our way, well that is a crock. I was at the Wells Minnesota store, I had my coupon ad that I got in the mail. I was told that they would charge me extra for veggies that I wanted on my sub. They said that they would charge me for a salad in addition to my sub sandwich. That totally negates having a coupon sheet for specials, and the advertising of Subs made our way. I like the subs, but the way I was treated at the Wells, Minnesota location I will not shop there again.

Service was drab...got no hello, or what would you like, or any response when walking in. Employee just stared at me for like a minute until I spoke, was awkward...lol didn't say Food was good, minus the fact that the oven overcooked my bread, was a little crispy. Never got asked if I wanted a new one made, which I should have. But I'm not too picky.It's subway...

Typical subway food options, called pretty last min for a sandwich tray, really easy to work with, showed up, everything was ready to go, labeled, and exactly what I wanted. Definitely worth stopping at, would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!!!
