It is very clean and very welcoming place. Deb (the manager) was very sweet and made good conversation and made us feel very welcome the food was amazing!!

I’ve been a long time customer at this location since 2015, great atmosphere and great staff. Shaquonn is a five star employee, you can’t go wrong at this location. Lots of laughs and smiles.

We’ve never had a problem at this WSP Applebees until Tuesday. It took about a half hour for our waitress to take our order. Another wait to get our food. My husband’s cheeseburger meal was very good. I had the 3 fish and potatoes. The edges of potatoes tasted burnt. One of the fish pieces was so burned I couldn’t cut into it.
I told the waitress but said I’d eat the rest.
She never returned for any refills. This was around 4:30.

Food is expensive. Got the pick 2. Spinach artichoke dip was ok, not much artichoke, but was burnt around the edges and didn't even fill the crock. Both of us got the 4 cheese macaroni with honey pepper chicken. Chicken was good, but the pasta had hardly any sauce so mostly just tasted like butter noodles. Hostess brought some more sauce when we brought it to her attention, but it was just too watery, bland and didn't stick to the pasta. Definitely doesn't justify the outrageous price tag.

There's a handful of employees I'd like to give a shout out from this applebees, they're better than any other applebees I've ever been too. They are miguel, gabby, dakota, blake, amber and dakotas little brother. They're all very personable and makes sure that if I need anything right away they got it 👍🏻 I figure that the rest of the staff there are like that too but I just have had really good experiences with the ones I mentioned, as I'm somewhat of a regular at that place now. Keep up the good work!

Great spot to watch games and get drinks. All the bartenders are fun, everyone goes out of their way to remember you and your drink and make you feel welcome. Kennedy and Shay are especially great to have.

My order say there for a hour before it was delivered. The food was cold, no compassion for people that has
ordered. I'm glad that I had the strength to drive there in person. I asked for a refund but instead they remade the food, but still low quality. They need to be considerate for online orders. You never know what people are going through.
