Our guests are still raving about the meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—every dish was a hit. Our experience with Brie was fantastic all around! They catered our wedding which had about 200 guests. Brian helped us navigate the whole process, and his experience and passion made us feel extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional and helped us keep things moving smoothly on the day of the wedding. And of course, the food was delicious! The staff was friendly, engaging, and incredibly attentive, ensuring that all of our guests, including those with dietary restrictions, were well taken care of. We were thrilled to serve an amazing Mahi Mahi, a perfectly cooked filet, delicious vegetarian options, and appetizers that everyone raved about—especially the pot stickers! BRIE Catering was great to work with for our wedding catering. The food tasted absolutely amazing (we were getting compliments all night long), the prices were a lot more reasonable compared to other wedding caterers we looked at, and the day of operation went smoothly aside from a few miscommunications about what was already pre-paid for (we had pre-tipped the staff a month or so prior and paid for closing staff and cake cutting services but those items weren’t showing up on their end resulting in my mom and coordinator getting pulled aside a few times throughout the evening to sort out) - it all got resolved though . Also if there's left over cake that you want to keep, I would recommend asking the day-off staff to hold on to it because they ended up throwing our left over slices away. Aside from those minor hiccups, everything else went smoothly and most importantly, the food tasted amazing and was presented beautifully.

We hosted an even with Brie catering at Jamesons (Bella Room) and had a wonderful experience. Brian was able to get us the space reserved at very short notice on our part and he was flexible with the guest list. I was estimating 50 people but over 125 showed up(!) thankfully the room was big enough but more importantly the staff wasn’t phased and replenished the appetizer buffet and bar as needed. Highly recommend this staff and company!

We had our monthly Wedding industry event here in January and we must say -- the food was mouth-watering and so good. Prime rib with mashed potatoes and ravioli. Am getting hungry just typing this review out and thinking about it again. Highly recommend them.
