BRIE Catering was great to work with for our wedding catering. The food tasted absolutely amazing (we were getting compliments all night long), the prices were a lot more reasonable compared to other wedding caterers we looked at, and the day of operation went smoothly aside from a few miscommunications about what was already pre-paid for (we had pre-tipped the staff a month or so prior and paid for closing staff and cake cutting services but those items weren’t showing up on...

Our guests were so happy to share how much they enjoyed their meals. On a wedding day, everything can be quite a blur, but the food was memorable. The staff were helpful, professional and did a efficient. Christina made planning and last minute changes easy. I will highly recommend and consider this caterer for a future event.

Brie cater provided full catering and bar service for a recent wedding I attended at Union Depot in St. Paul. Everything was fantastic! Food was hot and full of flavor. And the bartenders were very funny and friendly. Over all great experience!
