The app messed up and sent this store order 5 miles away from my normal store. I called and was taken care of by a very nice employee. She was able to resolve my issue quickly and genuinely sounded apologetic for the mistake the app made. Gold standard customer service!

Cute inside space, good service, and great breakfast options. Now my biggest complain is something structural. Having the pedestrian entrance overlap with the exit of the drive through is pretty unsettling, it’s specially bad with tall cars.
Took forever but weren’t very busy … not sure why but they were nice about it so I guess it wasn’t a huge deal. I could see someone who was super dramatic being mad about it though, especially DoorDashing. Generally speaking, I’ve had faster experiences about 90% of other Caribou locations. But again - they were nice so 🤷♂️
Always nice to go to to get your cup of joe or any cold flavoring thing as well as other things that they have they always have a wide variety they're Pleasant they have smiles
