Chin Chin lost a loyal customer. I have been going here for many years. When I called Chin Chin at 254 pm on Saturday, September 7 and asked if it was possible to still order a lunch box since their menu says that a person can order a lunch box to 3pm. The man answering the phone said "No lunch box" and hung up the phone.
I was surprised that he didn't ask me if I wanted to order something else. Yet to be rude to me isn't acceptable.
I congratulate Chin Chin on them losing me as a loyal customer.
I will now go to other places to get pick up food. Places that value customers calling to place an order and have staff that are more helpful and have a more pleasant attitude.

Unnecessarily rude to me when I called to order delivery. I simply asked if an item had vegetables in it because it didn't specify on the menu. The guy who answered was impatient and rude. I wouldn't spend my hard earned money at a place like this. It's not that great.

Food was actually awful. We were hungry so we ate it and it's a 15 minute drive from where we are to return it. The lo mein was squishy and bland. The veggies in all of thendishes were hard and undercooked. The batter was thick and gross. Everything was pretty bland. The fried rice didnt even seem like it was fried rice.... jusr rice with soy sauce. The fortune cookies were the best part of this very disappointing meal.
We got beef and mixed veg
Shrimp lo mein
Orange chicken
Sweet&sour shrimp
Fried rice
Cream cheese wontons
Veggie egg rolls.

Parking: It was just an annoying parking situation that just kind of creeps up on you. Not their fault, just bad planning on the builder.

I wouldn’t feed this to a dog. Hot chilli oil taste like dirt ..literally though. Do NOT waste your money here. Chicken wings tasted like they were fried in month old oil with an odd chemical taste. Had to throw it all out.

I have been picking up food at Chin Chin every couple of months for several years. Never been disappointed, always very tasty and generous portions, and prepared quickly.

We were staying overnight in a local hotel. We decided on Chin Chin because they delivered. Food arrived hot and before the time they said it would arrive. Food was delicious!

“Chell” is the rudest lady I have ever encountered. Wouldn’t admit that she got my order wrong and then proceeded to say “I don’t want to talk to you and hung up the phone” as paying costumers multiple times a month this was VERY disappointing.

I love Chin Chins. They best Chinese food in town. Really affordable and when we lived on the west side, super fast delivery.. Don’t think about it, do it. You’ll thank me later :)

Parking: About four spots available but there’s plenty of street parking so just be ready for that

Very good Chinese takeout. Chicken in fried rice was a little dried out and I wish it had peas in it but still very tasty. Cream cheese puffs also great, plus egg rolls. Very cold inside but that’s ok since it’s clearly mostly for takeout, though there’s one table with bench seating for anyone who wants to eat in and doesn’t mind the cold.
