What happened to the queso? Its like powder now. 8.50 for chips and queso is absolutely ridiculous for how bad this is. No longer creamy just looks like curdled milk. My chips are also stale as could be! There's like 0 customer service as well

Consumer Caution: Walking into this Chipotle location is like walking into a third world country. They will charge the consumer for a bunch of random items that were never attempted to be purchased and become extremely difficult to make the transaction accurate. Massive nightmare. Run far away from this Chipotle establishment.

Quality, quantity, flavor, is not consistent. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's 🤢. Even the chips - sometimes salty and flavorful, sometimes bland. Sometimes get a lot, sometimes a few bites. I'm getting tired of the crap-shoot.

Just went to this chipotle for the first time and it is WAY better than the chipotle in IGH and in Eagan. The employees were nice, they gave good portion sizes, they had the vinaigrette, and they had fun Halloween decorations! This is my new go-to chipotle location!

Food is gross. Place is DISGUSTING. Every table was covered in food and garbage and not one employee tried to clean it. Floor and chairs were covered in food as well. Extremely gross place

Ordered online to beat the line. Arrived 5 minutes after the order said it was ready on the app. Waited 20 minutes for the order inside watching the line of customers walk in and out with their order. I would never order online at this location. If the order isn’t ready, don’t update it as ready on the app. It’s very frustrating to watch numerous people walk in, order their food, pay and walk out before the online order is ready.
