I like this Chipotle a lot BUT every single time I order takeout through the app, I get home and my rice, beans, and meat are ice cold. Not bad quality, just not hot. As if it was straight out of the fridge or something. I want those three items at least to be hot/fresh? Take out section is back should be using hot food items for the items that are supposed to be hot. Im just confused and a little frustrated.

I’ve never left a review before, but this experience was too bad to ignore. The older woman working behind the counter today was unbelievably cranky and clearly didn’t want to be there. She rushed me through my order, rolled her eyes, and made several snide comments. Worst of all, she made an inappropriate remark about my race — completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. I left feeling disrespected and shocked that this behavior is tolerated. Chipotle needs to address this immediately.

I have never had such an unacceptable experience at a Chipotle. While ordering, I asked a basic question about the food, and the employee snapped at me in a hostile, condescending tone. But it didn’t stop there — they also made a racial remark toward me, which was completely unprovoked and deeply offensive.
No customer should ever have to endure rudeness, let alone blatant discrimination, when simply trying to order a meal. This wasn’t just bad service — it was disrespectful, hurtful, and completely inappropriate.
Chipotle needs to take incidents like this seriously, because allowing employees to treat customers this way — especially using race as an insult — is unacceptable and damaging to the brand. I will not be returning until I see that the company has taken real action to address this behavior.

The staff here crushes. They’re all super nice and don’t ever seem stressed out even when they’re super busy. Food is always fresh and they have some top tier burrito rollers.

Chicken Burrito is always good but they often run out of items. Tried their queso once and found it inedible. Once you've had delicious queso made with real cheese, you can't eat the no-real-cheese queso.

Always a very nice and kind staff to take care of you when visiting , it can get a little busy but the team handles it very well and can have you in and out fast.

Update , at 10:45 wed,july 23 ,opening time they got old black guacamole😒......so what I'm eating yesterday's stuff, also no fajitas available yet,
The chain started great and stayed great for about 3-5 years , after that quality on the finished product, timing and cleanliness of the restaurants, went to the trash, it's always crowded cause the workers cant or wont follow restaurant's process of 10 minutes max, never seem to catch up with a minimum of decent conditions for a place you eat at, I mean they cant even wrap a burrito the right way , so it can only be, bad or insufficient training, low pay low effort, or incompetence

My biggest problem with this place was the tables were not clean. They have drops of rice beans napkins from previous customers. Every new customer that came to dine had to clean there on table to eat. The fact that the staff wasn’t busy and still were not cleaning the tables was just disappointing.

Where to start. First I love how the employees skimp you on everything. Half a scoop of this, quarter scoop of that, then get mad when you have to ask for extra toppings. Like it their home or food. Reason why I prefer Qudoba

The reason I am giving two stars instead of only one is only because of the staff members when they interact kindly on the line. The food is always fluctuating when it comes to quality, and today marks the 2nd time I have discovered a gray/white wavy hair longer than an inch in my food (in my guac). The first time they refunded me, but I don’t even want to waste my time today. They need to do better. I’m not going to torture anyone with a photo, as it’s already causing me enough pain as is. Don’t come here, unless you want to tempt fate. 🤮
