They are dicks I don’t care if you’re 16 or 61 they are rude as hell and refuse to refund items once I told them I’m the person who made a report about my experience I was the in the wrong and got told corporate will handle it I don’t not recommend going somewhere where even the managers are the same way and give fake nice service so they don’t get another report and this was over not having hot fudge not being on a sundae I ordered that I have a receipt for at that.

Received a beautiful ice cream cake from WSP’s DQ! Dani the store manager along with the staff were very kind throughout, attentive and accommodating when I needed to make a change to my order. Dani’s cakes have never disappointed!

$12 for two mini blizzards. Melted ice cream with the wrong ingredients. Never again.

I asked a simple question in the drive through about the food on the menu. The employee who was taking my order caught an attitude and responded to my question very rude. Not even answering my question at all. Will not be returning what so ever purely based off service. I hope she doesn’t talk to all the customers like that. If I could give 0 stars I would. Why work a customer service job if you can’t at least be respectful.
