Find any other dominos to deliver. There was the slightest bit of traffic and our driver called and said he refused to deliver our pizza. Absolute joke!
Every time we order from this location the pizza arrives at least an hour late, cold and soggy. I'm writing this as a reminder to not order Domino's even if the kids are in the mood...

Don't waste your time or money. They put literally nothing on the pizza for toppings. Like eating dough with some sauce. Save your money or go where the pizza is good!

I placed an online order tonight 3/26/25 at around 11:30 pm. I followed the tracking information. once it showed delivery, there was nothing at my house. I had specified my porch light would be on and no other houses on the block had their lights on. I tried to call at around 11:50 (their website showed a close time of 12) and only got a message that they were closed, and that inquiries should be sent through the website. the website help selections were all bots and not helpful at all. I don't know where my food is, or if this issue will be addressed in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and I need my money back
yall screw up something EVERY TIME i order there. i’ve ordered there a good 4-5 times and every time its been either burnt to hell, missing toppings or missing sauces i paid for. EVERY TIME. how is that even possible?

I, the customer, messed up my order with store location, etc. and this store was so kind in dealing with my issues!
They 'canceled' my delivery request for me so I could come pick up. When I realized I ordered from the wrong store to begin with, they immediately had my order in the car and out for delivery.
Very understanding and easy to work with through my own self-caused issue lol

Staff states a $50 bill is too big for them to break at 530 pm on a week day ………. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable service

Manager on staff today was absolutely unprofessional. We order at least once a week from this location. Occasionally experience issues with missing/wrong toppings or overcooked/undercooked pizza all of which are no big deal and always quickly remedied, but today we were missing a whole pizza. Called the store, was immediately met with a hostile unpleasant employee who more or less said we were lying because they were sure the missing pizza left the store with the driver. We assured the employee we certainly didn’t get the pizza and all we wanted was a new one sent out. Employee eventually agreed to make a new one but wouldn’t give a timeframe as to when it would be delivered. Then the employee hung up on me. The way I was treated and the way the situation was handled didn’t sit right with me so I called back, asked to speak with a manager, same person answered, only to find out this person was the manager and got hung up on again. I tried to call back a few more times but each time the phone is immediately hung up by dominos. I don’t know what is going on there or why a company would allow this to happen but felt obligated to share the experience. FYI complaint also filed with cooperate
