I ordered a milkshake there and the employee added way too much milk and not enough ice cream. I felt like I was drinking flavored milk.

I frequent this Dunkin/Baskin Robbins. Today I had a horrible experience. There was 1 couple in front of me getting ice cream. I waited behind them for my turn. They checked out at the register while I waited at the ice cream counter. A few more patrons came in and stood at the counter. When the couples transaction was done the cashier didn't come back to me. She left me there so I asked is anyone coming to help me? She replied you're gonna have to get in line. After I'd waited about 10 minutes behind the couple she was helping. She wanted me to get in a line that did not exist before me behind the white patrons. I actually liked this location and never would have expected that racist behavior from this worker. It hurts. I'll never go back and I urge any BLACK person to think twice about going.

Saddest milkshake ever! $9.11 for watered down chocolate milk. We won't be back. Better off at McDonald's or dairy queen. Too top it off they don't even know what flavors they have not are they listed anywhere.

Ordered a brownie sundae and got home to find there was no brownie.Also they advertise chocolate dipped bananas but won’t make them?I’m going to be okay. This was just traumatic for the dogs. They don’t know why I’m crying but love the taste of tears

Update October 2023. $5.41 for a single ice cream cone?! Not clean anymore, not good service, bathroom sink didn't work. I don't know how any one would come here twice. Didn't go to the dunkin side..I am very happy that Baskin robbins is back in the Twin Cities, my gold medal ribbon cone was fantastic. Very clean place, nice service, kind of a small building. Dunkin doughnuts is in the same building.

If you go to drive-thru there are no flavors listed.I ordered one scoop of chocolate chip ice cream for $5.00 and was told cup of water would be additional $1.00. You can get a large soda for $1.00 at McDonald'sDisappointed

Not the employees fault, so they still get 5 stars but I am livid that the flavors for ice cream aren't listed at the drive through. What's the point in having a menu if you don't list what is available?

I have been to this baskin robins location 3 times now and still have not been able to try anything from them. This will be the last time I try. I pulled in to the drive-thru at 7:18pm. There was no one in line. I waited 5 minutes before the young lady greeted me. I asked for a simple strawberry milkshake. She did not respond for another 5 minutes, but was laughing with her friend on tje drive thru headset before finally telling us "we shut down our ice cream for the night. I asked if closing out almost an hour early wqs common. Her response was "Excuse me? What? Can you please repeat that? Why don't you just go away."Obviously I will NEVER be returning to this location and will be advising friends and family to avoid it as well.

Good thing I checked! I ordered a birthday cake online 24 hours in advance, their policy request if you cancel or change your order to notify them 48 hours before order pick up. They could not complete my order, their employee that does their cakes called in, they did not notify me of this at all (if you want notice give your customers notice). I came into the store a few hours before pick up to check on the status of the cake, I was told by the shift manager that they could do it tomorrow or I could grab a generic one out of the display freezer. She walked away once I came back to the counter with a cake I picked out of the display freezer. In the 20 minutes I spent in the store I feel Management here needs to be re-evaluated, shift manager had poor attitude when dealing with customers and did not even try to make it seem like she cared. Her employees were scrambling to help people while she stood around and gossiped with someone.
