I asked for a maple donut lady looked me dead in the eyes and grabbed a vanilla. My drink was super watery and didn’t taste like it normally does. Workers were distracted because of a customer who came in and had 4 garbage bags over his shoulders. I asked her to scan my rewards barcode and she looked at me like I just spoke gibberish. I couldn’t eat my donut because it was disgusting (if I wanted a vanilla donut I would’ve asked for it) my drink was super watery and had way too much green tea that it tasted awful. Not only does this mean I have to waste food but also my drink. Waste of time, money and food. I do NOT recommend.

Muse, as it says on his name tag, is THE MOST disrespectful person I have ever met. I was getting Ice Cream from the other worker, Ryder, and watched him ask Muse to answer the phone and Muse said “I don’t speak English” (which was just to not do what he was told), the proceeded to take an order right after and stared directly at me and laughed. This is not the first time I have seen him do this, just my first time speaking up as a regular here. He’s screamed before and I’ve had it. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere until this is resolved.

I used to come here often, not anymore. With the price increase and their lack of consistency it's a complete waste of money. I stopped by today at about 4pm, my iced coffee was watery, flat and tasted almost burnt. No reason that a coffee establishment shouldn't have fresh coffee at all times....it's literally the main thing. The donuts tend to get a little crusty as well. Avoid this place if possible, or at least don't have high hopes for your order! Staff is generally kind though, they just need coffee training or more staff.

Our family frequents this Dunkin’ often, and it’s typically decent. However, today we ordered a dozen donuts, half of which were Boston cream, and when I ate about half of one, I felt a long hair in my throat, which I partially swallowed. I literally had to reach my fingers into the back of my mouth to remove the hair and could feel it being pulled out of my throat. (See the chewed donut on my fingers in photo.) Absolutely disgusting! When I called the store nearly a dozen times to speak with someone about the issue, a recording just kept telling me no one is available. The voice message system was also full, so I couldn’t leave a message to have someone call me. I ended up calling the Dunkin’ corporate office and made a complaint. What a disgusting experience.

I waited in the drive thru for over 1t mins for a coffee with nobody else in line. I asked for less ice in my coffee and she only filled my coffee half way up when I asked for her to fill my drink she gave me a huge attitude saying they don't do that anymore. Since when??? Get your staff in check

Horrible place ever I went inside to make order I did not find them we waited for 5/10 minutes for them to come after they came they treat me bad they put expired cream in my coffee . My coffee had white dots I even have the video of it for evidence I asked for change they said no and argued with me and I walked out and left ,
