They withhold the bathroom code prior to payment of food. 0590. I obviously planned to make a purchase but needed to use the bathroom badly. I almost walked out when they said you have to buy food first. Just inhospitable. I think I will skip this location in the future, too much disrespect. There isn’t much seating either.

Seriously. Every . Stinking. Time. This is the SLOWEST jimmy John's I have ever been to. And I don't understand why. I literally was the only customer at there counter. There was one Customer in the drive thru and one additional after me and it's been more than nine minutes and I still don't have my single veggie sandwich with zero customizations. I also don't have my drink . There are four people working . It's 11:41 am .

Ugh.
Why do bring my money here?

Now The Guy that came in after me just left with his sandwich so I have to say something. There is some type of SNAFU?? It seems they lost my order? Insert giant eye roll here. *sigh *

Well they are at least now demonstrating that they ARE capable of preparing a sandwich quickly ! (I had doubts like fr!) So, that's great !! Good to know!!! 😂

12 noon. Drive through is full and 5 customers inside "Waiting to order". 3 staff working 1 on the phone and the others ARE NOT...in any hurry to do anything. Need to Staff up! Get a manager behind the counter to get things moving.

Order an Italian nightclub for pickup, with a few special items on the sandwich. Has to have it cut in half, And a fourth of it was cut. I drive 15 minutes to work, eat that small little part of the sandwich cuz how hard is it to cut a sandwich in half?. (It wasn't even close) And I realize it's got turkey and ham on it. Which is weird because they made it with no tomatoes and add jalapeno chips like I wanted. I drive 15 minutes back to get a new sandwich, I asked if I can just keep the other 3/4 of the sandwich for the trouble of driving 20 miles. The guy says no. We don't do that. I ask are you just going to throw it in the garbage?? He responds no. So he makes my sandwich the correct way, insist on taking my other sandwich, And as I'm walking out he throws that sandwich in the garbage. Also, the sandwich for some reason had extra onions and extra oil by the time I got back my sandwich was a sloppy mess. Bro, we're making deli meat sandwiches not putting man on the moon... Smfh. Back in the day people would give you a free drink or let you keep your food if They inconvenienced you, now you just get sass and the smell of weed in the air. ?

I tell you what. This Jimmy John's? Is the BEST Jimmy John's! Representin' the Legendary Robert Street - West Saint Paul real well. No joke. A 100 percent baby! Perhaps I have some good luck but each time I order from here - pickup, drive thru, delivery, in-shop; I receive my order exactly how I want it. 'Preciate y'all. The workers here are a prestige team - THE DREAM TEAM. Yeah I know, it might get busy here and there but it's worth the wait, so we got to keep patient at all times. Leave a big dope tip because you gots to. It's all good. Nevermind them negative reviews - leave 'em for the birds. And nah, I don't work here shawty. Peace & Chicken Grease!

I called to place an order, was told we need to order from IGH. Placed an order online and was directed back to WSP. I asked about a previous issue that was supposed to be credited and the manager-no name said nothing was in the account. We finally received our order 40 minutes after ordering and guess what, my bootlegger was wrong and missing the turkey. Called and informed JJ and was asked “what’s wrong with it in a negative tone. I told him and his reply was we’ll make it and send it again. Poor customer service
There probably going to spit in it! Will never order again from this location.

Ordered late before closing from the drive thru. Called first & got hung up on with 1st try. Called to check hours before leaving. Ordered UNWICH & got sandwich - I can't have the bread fools!! What a mess to eat!! Won't go back to this location.

The worst delivery I have ever encountered in my life. We called to see where our order was as we had been waiting over 40 min since the driver was “out for delivery” (we live less than 10 min away). We called the store for an update and all the worker said was “he’ll be there soon” and practically hung up on us like he didn’t care to help. Our food finally came an hour later with watered down, lukewarm drinks. Terrible service!!!!
