I never have an issue with my order, food is always great. However, the staff at this location are not very friendly at all. I never hear “hello” “thank you” or “have a good day” nothing. Lacking customer service skills.

I ordered a combo on the jimmy johns website for delivery at noon, called the store at 130pm for an update. They said it was on the way. 2pm rolls around, I went to the store and they said it never went through. Funny because my card was charged. I asked them to make my order, but what I should have asked for was a refund. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience and I will not be ordering from here ever again. What a waste of my time and money!

This is the second time I have ordered from this location and had to wait forever for my food. I placed an order today for 1 sandwich, not even a meal. That was at 12:20pm. It is now 1:00pm. Called the store asking for an update and was told my sandwich has not yet left the store. When I asked for a timeframe I was told another half an hour. Mind you, this location is 5 minutes away from my work! I specifically ordered from Jimmy Johns so I could eat a quick lunch in between important meetings all day. Very disappointing. Hopefully when my lunch arrives the driver won't reek like marijuana again. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again. Very disappointing.

On June 1st @ at 8:45, the kid taking my order mumbled quietly, and when I asked him to speak up, he talked quieter for some reason. I think he did it on purpose. And then, since I couldn't hear him, he screwed up my order. Also, it was a $60 order. I would go to a different store altogether. Horrible service and bad attitude

On the app, “Cut in half” has never resulted in a sandwich actually being cut in half. Bread was extremely overcooked and dry. The small Kicking Ranch container was 1/4 full, so I only had enough for 2 dips of my sandwich. All in all, this was a waste of $30 and I wish I hadn’t gotten it.
