Worst KFC. Poor management Tracey. Poor drive thru staff
. Very rude. Can't believe you.are still in business. The short heavier set that is always rude in the drive thru needs to learn some manners. Remember you have a job because of customers. Grow up.

KFC is out of control. $14 for a 3 piece box chx combo? No one will go here. I used a coupon. Food has gone down in quality, smaller pieces. I hope they figure out how to fix this storied chain

Just make sure you have your order right before leaving. Went through drive through got a meal asked for mashed potatoes n a extra biscuit as the 2nd side. Got home I only got 1 biscuit and just gravy.

I would never get food from here again . I had to wait over 30min for two famous bowl . I would give them no star if I could horrible service .

This place is the worst! They gave my nephew terrible food and said they would return his money and they lied. He had to call there main office to get them to comply. The manager is incompetent.

If I could give this less than one star I would. Handful of weeks ago I ordered Through the drive-through and the item that I purchased ended up making me violently ill. I called the store and made them aware. The person that identified themselves as the manager offered me a free meal, which I accepted, but told him it would be a while before I came back in. I went to collect on that free meal I was treated like garbage. The manager started by accusing me of already collecting on that meal, moved to telling me I was lying about being made sick ( food poisoning) Claiming that it isn’t possible to come down with food poisoning in a couple of hours (he may want to check his sources). I again told him that I was told that he wrote it down in the book. He then questioned what I wanted. I told him I didn’t know what was available to me. He asked me what I ordered and I told him and he said I could have that to which I responded I will never eat that again. When I made the suggestion of something else, he claimed that that was too much and not an equal enough exchange. The level of unprofessional treatment and just poor customer service at this store was amazing to me. The food made me violently ill and to add insult in injury The management treated me horribly. I have reached out to the corporate number and I’m waiting to hear back from somebody else. I cannot recommend this store to anybody. I thought contacting them when I got sick was the correct thing to do, I thought wrong. Pretty sad that they do not stand behind their words and do not take care of customers in a respectful and kind way.

The customer service here is a joke. I ordered online and have been waiting for 20 minutes. The cashier doesn't recognize customers she hasn't waited on yet and loves to take her time.

These nuggets are too fresh tried eating my chicken and it tried flying away. That is a feather KFC already giving out tricks for Halloween wanted chicken nuggets and instead got a live chicken Disgusting 🤮
