Came here after several years, it's a lot nicer now! Seems very clean and organized. Staff are friendly and got my order correct/everything tasted great. The new $5 meals are a good deal.

Essentially KFC stole my money. I ordered food on the app. My food was never delivered. I called the kfc it was coming from, they said 3 doordash drivers came for my order and 1 took it. He then told me to call customer service. I called them about 15 times only to get nowhere, no supervisor or manager was ever available, no one to this day knows anything about my order or how to give me a refund. I contacted doordash and they can't tell me anything. So I reported it to the bbb. I'm done with companies that steal from customers and have a customer service center in a foreign country.

This has to be the worst drive thru ever. We have tried on several occasions and each time our order has been incorrect. From missing items, incorrect items and cold food. At this point we will drive to Eagan just to avoid this location.
They messed up our order, he could barely speak English, he was rude like he had an additud, he was talking to someone else that worked there I heard them talking over the speaker, next time remember to turn off your mic ?, I know this goes public, so if your going to come into my country you need to learn how we talk hey Same goes for when we go to your country. Only fair. Just saying

Went to drive through. I left a review a while back. A manager responded to get our address. The chicken tasted horrible. The batter wasn’t thoroughly cooked and not crispy at all. The manager never followed through. Coupons or anything would have been nice. We have never had a problem with this location before.
