This place is consistently forgetting food in orders, every single time I've been here I go home to discover there's food missing. Then the staff will question you when you tell them you had food missing even after showing a receipt. I expect to get everything I paid for... especially given how pricey they've gotten. Won't ever be coming back here again.

I just ordered from this kfc and when I asked if the food was made fresh she said yes but I don’t think my food is even done ??? I watched them put it in and take it right back out. When I looked at my food the cheese wasn’t even melted so I’m going to cook it at home I guess to make sure I don’t get food poisoning. ??

We ordered food from here through doordash. One of our chicken bucket smelled rancid and was undercooked. It was definitely unsafe. Was able to get a refund through doordash but still wanted to let the store know to make sure no one else is served food like this. Called them to let them know that they might want to double check the uncooked chicken. They hung up on me. Will never order from here again after this due to safety concerns.

One of the best fast food staff I've seen. They were very courteous and I asked for a water in the drive through and without skipping a beat that grabbed one for me and also grabbed some stickers for my son that was in the backseat. Also my pretty large order was done completely accurate.
Got dark meat 8 piece, and asked for half and half. We got 4 original legs, and 4 crispy thighs, not 2 of each. And the original was dried out. Not up to the typical KFC standard. Service was good otherwise, but that seemed an obvious thing they should do.
