Linda was working as a morning cashier at the Robert Street location, she was very pleasant and went out of her way to check the orders on other customers waiting. This is a busy location but very fast and accurate and their food is amazing always at this location

I ordered a carmel iced coffee and everything was going good until I tried it. It was so awful there was like 20 pumps of caramel syrup and it tasted terrible. All I could taste was the carmel syrup and no coffee it was so bad. Don't recommend getting the coffee there and I want my refund because I had to throw the whole large coffee in the garage because it was so bad.

Yuk, Yuk, & Yuk seem to sum it up the best ... considering that they usually stare at you from the food prep area for 5-10 minutes before someone decides to take your order or ask if you need assistance. Then if you're lucky they might act as if competent enough to give you what you actually ordered, but usually they find a way to screw it up somehow anyway even if only ordered 2 of the same burger. I personally will not eat there again after the last time I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese and 1 of them was almost raw in the middle. My advice would be to not only stay, but run away and never look back, but if you really feel that you can't, then do so at your own risk.
