Although the service was quick and the food was hot.. they didn't get the meal correct, which isn't that hard and because the man punched the wrong code I couldn't use it for 14 minutes. Not a good start to a morning.

Kiosk only. 2 working but No reception that wasn't to bad consider quarter lb had paper. Rapid around you could have but another container the girl handed. Off. To kid like she just stood. There 3 tables in there order more paper for probably everythingthere. Must be bad labor in them parts

Why are you mad at me for ordering food? Why the attitude? Like why are you annoyed you have to take my order? You guys aren't even busy. Do your job with a tiny ounce of dignity and treat your customers like people not an inconvenience. Just there Sunday Nov 2nd in the drive though.

Didn't ask what sauce we wanted for the nugget meal. The rude female employee just chose BBQ we saw that on the receipt and then NO sauce in the bag at all. Deluxe crispy McChicken was soggy and not hot.
The only thing that was good about the entire trip was the hot fries.

Train your employees on customer service or at least to be nice. How hard is it for someone to just be nice. Also I have given McDonald's 5 stars before like the one in New Hope, good hot food, nice employees, food comes out not sloppy and falling apart.

The older black gentleman (I'm black) in the drive thru was beyond rude we only had $100 dollar bill and he was upset because we only wanted a frappe ..he said this is what you wanna buy this with? Like what does it matter we are paying -unprofessional unnecessary, especially in this economy when we barely have money to have a treat like that customer service means a lot even at McDonald's we appreciate great customer service no matter what your job is.. I would have liked to have been able to say I had a great experience rather than complain

only way to get a refund for your money when the mess up your WHOLE order is to call the store. Unfortunately I don’t have the time during a short work break to drive back and fix my order and actually get my food. Can’t refund shit on the mobile app let alone contact customer support. will not be eating at mcdonald’s ever again tbh. too many chances to improve service with everything just getting worse.
