Noodles is probably one of my go-tos for easy and fast food. It’s consistent, and their sauces are great.
What compelled me to write this review, however, was after a great interaction with their staff. After eating, we decided to get a small baguette to scoop up the rest of that aforementioned delicious sauce. Unfortunately, the order must have gotten lost, and we went up after about 10 minutes of waiting to check on it. Everyone got caught up in the processes of closing up shop The guy at the front apologized profusely, and got on it right away. Additionally, as a further gesture, gave us two of the rice crispy treats!
He didn’t need to do that, as it was an honest enough mistake and he was apologetic about it. But it was so sweet, and we are excited to be revisiting here!

I got a dish that I have had SO many times and they recently changed the recipe which I did not know or care for. I asked who I assumed was the manager if I could have something else instead and he was so nice and said yes of course. I appreciated his nice response and I think he deserves a raise! Great customer service at this location!!! :)

Perfectly copy Mac and cheese. Is it the best? Not really, but it hits the spot some times. The extra sauce is a must. It was also great with bbq sauce and fried onions.

I think they can do better with the cook throwing pans with an attitude and then put an over good egg in my pad Thai noodles no one wants to tast burnt eggs in there meal just leave them out next time gross . Why even add it like this ! also no spoon for the soup I got

These kids didn't care about anything. Just get the food at its lowest quality and get it out. Felt like I should of went some where that the customer is the one person you would like to help and get them on there way. I just think they don't care and it shows in everything else.

My Pad Thai was BURNT!
My partner got the shrimp scampi but it came with steak instead of shrimp?
What a rip off! Paid 11.25 and when I got home to see my to go order it ass only filled half way. This place has reduced the servings by so much in the past year. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
