Make sure to watch them when they make your food they do not change gloves and cross contaminate. * if you touch bacon or any form of meat, please train your team to change their gloves its disgusting.*

We were travelling and intentionally stopped for breakfast at the Panera, planning to eat in. We ordered the oatmeal and a parfait, two coffees -all good- very pleasant cashier. What we got (which is the order I get anytime I eat at a Panera) was not at all the experience that ever other Panera would serve to their 'eat in' customers.
Oatmeal and parfait on the same plate, one spoon. The parfait was ½ the size of the standard AND it was served in a 'to-go' plastic cup. It had a disgusting layer of syrup between 2T. of yogurt and a nondescript blob of fruit.
The Manager was helpful to change my 'parfait' to oatmeal, but argued and continued to argue that what he served was 'normal' for Panera. NOT SO!
Not likely to ever stop there again.

I love Panera so so much that it pains me to write any negative review about it. That being said, this place is so incredibly lazy. They were out of focaccia and 3 other sandwich breads, and I walked out when they also didn’t have baguettes. Mind you it’s in the name, Panera BREAD. This has happened to me at least 4 times in the past 3 months, where about 65% of their menu is out. I went in at 8, they close at 9. I would understand if they were out of some obscure menu items, but BAGUETTES?? That’s a best-seller, basically the image of the chain. The management is so absent at this place, they need reform bad. If you’re looking for a flawless example of what Panera should be, go to the one at Burnsville center.

Disappointed. Always love panera. Been going down hill. Ordered bacon turkey bravo and tomato soup. For 16 dollars, not worth it. There was almost no meat on the sandwich, loaded with dressing (way too much) and the bacon was black and hard. I was going to eat this in the car and when I got the food I asked if there was a spoon in the bag. The girl strait up said yes. Got to driving and no spoon in the bag..also see the croutons changed. Now they have the cheap kind. Sad. Use to be my favorite spot.
