My wife and I were Pho Saigon customers for many, many years. At first, the food was fairly good. It certainly was not world-class; but, we enjoyed the experience because it was a mom and pop operation and we got a kick out of watching the owners' family grow. In fact, my wife actually bought a baby gift when they added to the clan. Their all you can eat buffet was seldom well-stocked and the food temperature was, at best, tepid. The last time that we ate there -- about 10 years ago -- I ordered pho. I love pho. This was the worst that I ever had. I asked my waitress for a glass of pop. She returned with a greasy glass out of which I refused to drink. I asked for a clean glass of cola; I never saw the waitress again. I then closely inspected the pho and determined that it, too, should not be eaten. Walking to the counter, I told the woman cashier that I was disappointed and that I would not be returning. She shrugged her shoulders. I'm happy to say that that physical space is now occupied by an excellent Thai restaurant: Mela. The service is excellent and the food is first-rate. Oh, and it is very clean. Mela has been in operation for about three years.
Sweet staff, great grubhub drivers! The food is always wonderful and they give big portions for days! Thank you!
This place introduced me to pho. When I order pho elsewhere it’s always good, but just not the same as Pho Saigon. They have great Chinese food too! What I love most about this place is it’s family-run, homey feel. There is one particular woman that is almost always there waiting on customers. I assume she’s one of the owners. She’s so pleasant and hard working that it further compels me to support their business.
Great food and a wonderful family run restaurant. Their Pho is incredible as well as excellent hot and spicy chicken.
Arrived right when they opened and checked out the buffet. Everything was fresh and looked good. Nothing special but nothing subpar either. Price very reasonable and free ice cream for dining in. Downside was seating outdated and somewhat uncomfortable
The staff were so polite and sweet. The pho was out of this world good. Is it aesthetically pleasing? No. Does it matter? Not one bit. Absolutely recommend. Authentic vietnamese food, smells, and manners.
New customer and will be going back.
Very horrible place. Took my granddaughter there when she was not even quite a yr old (was babysitting) & they had the nerve to charge me full price for her. She didn't eat much & I told them there's no way I'm paying that much for a 10 month old. She ate very little off my plate. Every all you can eat place I've ever been to don't charge 2 & under. They don't eat much. Till that day I used to enjoy their food. Haven't been back since & now she's 5 yrs old.
Quiet on a Saturday. Food pho.
This place is a hidden gem strongly recommend, excellent customer service, affordable prices and most importantly the food is delicious

We go here almost on a weekly basis now. The staff is always so nice and friendly, food is always brought out quickly, and it always tastes amazingggg and fresh! We specifically love the Pho :)
Not a fan :(... there was an odd layout on the salad bar & what I thought was vinegarrette for my salad WAS INFACT a FIREY/FIREY SEED RED SAUCE mixed in with the few other dressings BESIDE THE SALAD .. tried to look for the diamond in the rough.
This place is absolutely amazing. It is one of the hidden gems of West Saint Paul. If you love pho, this place is for you.
