Leechburg Pizza Hut!!! The worst customer service, especially Phoebe!!!! At 12:50, I pescheduled delivery on the app for 5:45p.m. I received a text about 1:22 from DoorDash saying they werere on the way. I called the store to clarify and said that my order shouldn't be being delivered until 5:45. She said it already left so I can't change that. I said then thats a misunderstanding on your part and I'm not paying for that because I specifically ordered it for 5:45. Her response, "well, *Sweetie*, you already did." And hung up on me. I called back and she didn't answer. I was passing by so stopped by the store to show them my confirmation email that boldly said 5:45. "Well I had no indication of that. Take it up with corporate." 🤯 All I could do was look at the name tag ... Phoebe.... the "manager". So here I am, fighting with Pizza Hut to get my $184.39 back. Unbelievable. They have horrible service on a normal day, but how unbelievably rude of PHOEBE to talk to a customer so insulting when she clearly got the order wrong!
This was a joke. Ordered online for pick up, stated it would be read by 6:06pm, arrived at like 6:15pm to a entry way full of people that were not happy. I watched, who I assume was the manager, run around screaming, slamming stuff and throwing a grown woman temper tantrum instead of just working.. when the computer up front froze she proceeded to come up and slam a pizza screen into it (because that'll get a few thousand dollar machine to work properly, ya know?). I felt bad for the young girl working up front and trying to get orders ready, she was on the verge of tears. When I asked about my order just to see if I needed to come back, the other girl in the back yelled up that it wasn't even started, to which the young girl corrected her and told her that she was wrong, it had been in fact sitting in the warming oven the entire 20 minutes I was waiting out front that no one asked me about my order. Got home to realize the original pan pizza I ordered was in fact not that and had so much crust it was ridiculous (pictured). Told the young girl on my way out to get a new job ASAP and that place wasn't worth her energy for how it's run.
Do yourself the favor and do not order from here until they're under new management or something.. or just don't, ever.
I also contacted corporate about this, but go figure no answer and this was a week ago.
Edit: Pizza Hut never contacted me about this issue still 3 months later, so I will no longer be giving my business to them going forward.

The gentleman names Larry is completely inconsiderate and down right rude. I just wanted my correct order. And I got hell for trying to get it. Hope I will never havr to deal with him again.

Ordered food online. I went to pick up the food when it said it was ready for pickup, and the store was closed. I called the customer service but there was nothing they can do but leave a complaint with the store manager. Very terrible customer service and experience.

This whole outsourcing their phone orders to the Philippines or Thailand is an absolute disaster. No communication between the call center and the store.
You will end up waiting on the delivery all night with a no-show.
And don't try to call back to check on your delivery status or complain, you'll get the run around and hung up on every time you call.

Placed order at 930pm for delivery, expected at 10pm, nothing. Called them at 1030 to ask n was told order was rdy but wasn't assigned driver yet. It's now 11pm and they are closed, still no food. 2nd time this happened at this location & now my 3yo n 11 yo n her friend have nothing to eat for dinner. Calling corporate in the morning.

shawna, i hope i spelled correctly, was wonderful, i made a mistake on my order take out and she made it right! Honestly it would be very hard to find an employee in this day and age like her...wonderful...

We ordered our food, it took over 2 hours to get here. The food was pizza was cold. At the 1 hour mark we tried canceling the order. They make that impossible with everything being automated. We will NOT be ordering from here again. Domino's sounds like a good option

Stop in and see Marc, he was an absolute pleasure. He was kind, attentive and even helped me customize my pizza 🍕 just the way I wanted it. I most certainly will be stopping back to this location as long as Marc is working here! Thank you 🙏. Nothing like getting exactly what you want for dinner after a long hard days work! ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!

Since this pizza hut went to delivery only - they are very bad... NEVER get the order correctly. My kids like the pizza - but the service is so bad - we are done going here. Some examples ? Ordered delivery - they completely forgot my wings that I paid for. Another time they gave me 5 wings instead of 6.... Another time - wrong toppings - and forgot the breadsticks. They forget the extra sides (sauce, icings, etc).... EXPENSIVE - Pizza Hut is so expensive now for what you get ... OFten there is little to no sauce on the pizza... If you dont know the correct number to call - you will get dumped to a foreign country and someone will take your order who is thousands of miles away... Hate that - and its not necessary. Its a lousy way to do business. Save your money and the frustration and get pizza elsewhere...
Such a shame what this place has become. They have AI on the phones to take your order. Doesn’t process correctly. They also don’t have drivers that actually work for the location, just door dashers. Close the place down. Also $45 for 2 medium pizzas. Hilarious

The team that worked on 9/6/24 7:38PM really pulled through with our request to draw sonic on the box as a joke for a friend 😅.
