Over rated and expensive for chicken fingers.First off the chicken fingers…. Where do I start…They were small, soggy and had no flavor. The portions were embarrassing to say the least, you would think for the price the chicken would be bigger. They were also soggy to the point where I questioned if they were deep fried/baked and they were just microwaved. The chicken had absolutely, I MEAN ABSOLUTELY no flavor. You couldn’t taste the batter, grease, or any seasonings. How is this even possible. Did they forget to add seasoning into the batter or on the chicken when they cooked it? The toast was the same. Soggy and no flavor. The fries tasted like paper and had absolutely no flavor. They were hard like cardboard. The lemonade was just water with a drop of lemon mixed in. It had no flavor, or tartness of lemon. It wasn’t sweet or sour. It was just plain water with a few drops of lemon, exactly the same as what you would get for free when you dine in somewhere. The sauce was ok but nothing special to write home about. The coleslaw was the best item in the box. It was the only item that had any flavor and it wasn’t even a good coleslaw. This is such an overpriced overrated place that I don’t understand the hype. Almost 14 bucks for this was a complete waste of money. This is my first and last time here, this place is such a letdown. Go somewhere else like kfc or Popeyes where you can actually taste some sort of flavor in the chicken. This place has one consistent theme and that’s “No Flavor”.

Great food. Fast service. Very friendly staff. We usually do drive through but we dined in last time and the music inside was very loud and hard to have a conversation. Im pretty sure it was a one off for some promotion. I asked them to please turn it down and they did. We will definitely be back and still 5 stars.

If you don't have time to cook and are near one, then sure. If not, it is not worth the trip. As mentioned before, food quality went down and prices went up since theyve come to MN. As of now;Food quality is still down, but they dropped the pricing a bit.

I have been a dine in customer and a drive thru customer as well, every time I come, is full, but waiting time is not more than 10 min, they are fast, I’ve always had my correct order. I like the food, customer service is great, sometimes I bring my dog and he likes it too! He gets excited when we come, because he already knows he will be getting a treat!

Every time at this location I wait for probably 20-30 minutes in the drive through line. If you are within range to the Woodbury location go there instead. The line is just as long there as the WSP one but it actually moves at a reasonable pace. With the same size line at the Woodbury location I would spend literally 5 minutes max in line. They literally serve four things, chicken, bread, fries and coleslaw. It should not take 30 minutes for a "fast" food place to fulfil the orders of 5 people. When I look inside the window I see at least 6 employees. Can go to a Wendys, BK, McDonalds, Culvers, KFC, literally any fast food restaurant with 2-3 employees inside and spend no longer than 5 minutes in the line. It's almost as if they are being slow on purpose. This most recent visit I ordered nothing but chicken fingers and sauce. I spent ~30 minutes total in line and 7 of those were AFTER I paid, while in front of the second window. Also they have a system where you have to drive around the restaruant to get in line and they have these "cones" planted in the ground to prevent drivers from going straight to the window without adhering to the system. Well there is a hole between the cones where people can drive through and basically cut in line.Go to any other location if it's feasible for you.

The last time I came here my chicken tenders were each about 3” in length, the whole basket. It was a ripoff & an unnecessarily long wait. Really unsure what the hype is about. The texas toast also is lacking in flavor/seasoning. Just overall not sure why people seem to love this place when it's clearly mediocre in quality & flavor.

Waited in line at the drive thru for over a hour. This was the longest wait I’ve had at any “fast food” place and they forgot parts of our order. Will be sure to choose another canes over this one.

Good food, great service, only wish costs were a bit more wallet friendly (not bad though) and they had a larger dining area, though we usually just do the drive through.

I have yet to have a bad experience at Raisin' Canes. The food is great and the chicken is always fresh. Plus I love the Canes sauce! It's always a sweet treat when I can go out to eat here. Would recommend to anyone who is wanting lightly fried chicken with great sides and sauce!
