So I love the ingredients and dough. But...I ordered the Chicago style and it's not made the same way anymore. It used to have more layers. Dough, toppings, dough, and then sauce on top. Now it's just a sloppy mess in the middle. Taste ok, but not what I was looking forward to nor as appealing.

Today was my first time trying them. My bill came to $52, I had to use the bathroom so badly, and I noticed it wasn't a public bathroom, but I could not hold it to make it home so I went back in a pleaded can I please use they bathroom the young guy that took my order ask the other guy with the long ponytail and he gave the young guy a real angry look like if looks could kill young guy was be dead now.. so I asked for a refundI'm good enough for you to take my money but not good enough to use the bathroom just one time, no I will not ever spend my money there.

I ordered two pizzas. My daughter ordered first and they told her that hers would be $21 and then she put me on the phone and I ordered and they told me how much mine would be. when they came to the door to deliver it they only had one pizza, so when I called to talk with someone. they said oh the person must’ve misheard you I said OK. can we get please get the other pizza that we ordered? he was like yeah we’ll get it out I said, are you guys going to compensate us because we’re gonna have to wait another 45 minutes for the other pizza and that’s an hour and a half and he was like no I said are you going to compensate us anything? No do you want the pizza or not? I said, so this is our fault Because the person who took the order couldn’t hear and he hung up on me. Just ridiculous really disappointed in the customer service. I will be going down here and talking with management.

I’m pretty sure the guys working there about a week ago are my order and didn’t want to admit it. I ordered take out and showed up about 5 mins later than the pick up time. Got there and found out there was never an order for me . Even tho the guy who told me that, sounded exactly like the guy who took my order on the phone. He was too quick to assume I wanted him to make another order and wait about 20 mins. He seemed flustered and to be trying to hide something around the corner. Probs won’t go back here ever again ….
