Issues with order. Clearly told worker i wanted a medium size new york deli pizza, and buffalo wings, wings got fine but got asked what kind i wanted 3x before during and after order was placed. Pizza however i pointed out to him the order was wrong on the recipt, it wasnt what ordered(midnight express), said they were out of printer paper, so wrote on it what i wanted (new york deli). Got my pizza and it has japapenos on it(midnight express) i dont like spending $50 on pizza and not get what i ordered. Going else where for pizza.

Food is ALWAYS amazing! Love the baked spaghetti and 3 meatballs...if you want that perfect cheese pull, they never disappoint!

I have only ordered delivery from Sarpinos. Not only do they deliver 2 cities over to us there pizza, calzones, meatballs and anything else we order is always hot and very good. They never disappoint! They always have great pizza deals too that can feed my family of 4 for at least 2 days! I would definitely give them a try.

This is the second time I've ordered delivery from here. My order showed up with only one of my two pizzas and when i called the store, Mark was incredibly helpful and quickly had the missing pizza on the way.

I've been ordering pizza from here for a while now and today wasn't good I ordered the same pizza chicken bacon ranch with no tomatoes and I got the wrong pizza it was almost 1 1/2 late and when I finally got what I ordered and it was cold.I don't believe there was any miscommunication while the man took my order he repeated everthing I said. I DON'T EVEN LIKE YELLOW PEPPERS OR ANY BUFFALO SAUCE.On the box CHICKEN RANCH.
I AM JUST FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW. I'm not saying I won't order from here again but Damb get the order right and get it delivered 45 minutes This is what they sent to me !!!!! REALLY

We have been buying here for years and the service in the last several months has gone substantially down hill. Quality became intermittent and you wonder if the person cooking it was sober.

When Door Dash started doing their delivery it hit rock bottom. For the last 3 weeks we got cold pizza because the driver was late picking it up.

This week was the last straw. 45 min after the requested delivery time the driver calls to say he's here, but he's not. He's at another address and blames my address in the system. The same address we have been using for years. Then the driver said he wasn't going to deliver it because the address was wrong. Unbelievable!

Don't buy here. They don't care about the quality of pizza you receive or when you receive it.

I ordered delivery. This place is SO good. Perfect pizza and love the choice of Daiya. Been addicted to them since I first tried few years ago. Like real deli pizza. Delicious. Thank you! 👍

Delivery has been overrun by door dash. I've now received the lowest quality delivery service in my life.

I requested no aour cream on my taco pizza, but he accidentally put it on anyway. He was very polite about making me a new pizza and gave me some friendly conversation while it was baking. It was great experience and I'm grateful to cook. He was a really good guy. I'll definitely be back. THANKS AGAIN 😊

There’s a guy who works nights on the weekend who has absolutely no business being in customer service . Management must not care or be oblivious to this guy. Smart comments with a poor attitude every single time. Never fails. Whoever runs this place should be embarrassed they hired this guy. Get it together.

I can't say anything about food quality since my order was not ready and employee working was just screaming and complaining about Mexicans calling off. Allot of racist comments and absolutely no customer service provided. I was so excited to get sarpino's and on Christmas Day when almost everything is closed. We drive 20 min to turn around and have no dinner and lost all Christmas joy due to racism, and lack of customer service. It is hard to find decent people and workers these days but you should really make sure your employees can at least provide minimum customer service to keep your business going. Not ok.

Ordered delivery to Doubletree hotel. Pizza arrived quickly and hot. So sad to find the crust so soggy it was difficult to hold. We weren't given plates or forks, or napkins either so it was a real mess! Would not recommend.
