We have been buying here for years and the service in the last several months has gone substantially down hill. Quality became intermittent and you wonder if the person cooking it was sober.

When Door Dash started doing their delivery it hit rock bottom. For the last 3 weeks we got cold pizza because the driver was late picking it up.

This week was the last straw. 45 min after the requested delivery time the driver calls to say he's here, but he's not. He's at another address and blames my address in the system. The same address we have been using for years. Then the driver said he wasn't going to deliver it because the address was wrong. Unbelievable!

Don't buy here. They don't care about the quality of pizza you receive or when you receive it.

I ordered delivery. This place is SO good. Perfect pizza and love the choice of Daiya. Been addicted to them since I first tried few years ago. Like real deli pizza. Delicious. Thank you! 👍

I requested no aour cream on my taco pizza, but he accidentally put it on anyway. He was very polite about making me a new pizza and gave me some friendly conversation while it was baking. It was great experience and I'm grateful to cook. He was a really good guy. I'll definitely be back. THANKS AGAIN 😊

There’s a guy who works nights on the weekend who has absolutely no business being in customer service . Management must not care or be oblivious to this guy. Smart comments with a poor attitude every single time. Never fails. Whoever runs this place should be embarrassed they hired this guy. Get it together.

I can't say anything about food quality since my order was not ready and employee working was just screaming and complaining about Mexicans calling off. Allot of racist comments and absolutely no customer service provided. I was so excited to get sarpino's and on Christmas Day when almost everything is closed. We drive 20 min to turn around and have no dinner and lost all Christmas joy due to racism, and lack of customer service. It is hard to find decent people and workers these days but you should really make sure your employees can at least provide minimum customer service to keep your business going. Not ok.

Ordered delivery to Doubletree hotel. Pizza arrived quickly and hot. So sad to find the crust so soggy it was difficult to hold. We weren't given plates or forks, or napkins either so it was a real mess! Would not recommend.

I’ve had a few bad experiences, but this order was the worst. From the pickup to eating it at home, everything went wrong. When I arrived, there were two employees present: one was asleep or appeared to be high, slumped in the corner without even lifting his head, while the other was engrossed in his phone and didn’t notice me standing there asking for my pizza. I was about to leave when a woman rushed in from the back, seemingly out of nowhere.

The whole situation was a mess. She asked for my name, which hadn’t even been asked for when I was ordering, and then I requested the pizza I ordered which was a beef pizza. When I got home and opened the box, there was no beef on the pizza. I tried several slices, and they were all unpleasant and disappointing. I decided to remove the cheese from the top of the pizza and see inside, it was filled with ground beef and raw dough. The sight of it made me feel sick to my stomach. It was incredibly unsatisfactory, and I was hungry and this is what I was served.The customer service was also poor. I hope they can improve and make necessary changes.

Way too greasy, following in the shadows of Pizza Hut. They came to our address, before telling us they forgot the order, and then they went back to go get it, taking even longer before we got our food. They offered us a refund, but still, how do you forget the food you're supposed to deliver. Came with crushed red peppers, best part of the entire meal. The pizza was cut extremely disproportionally, like how do you mess up that bad. Never actually refunded us either.
