Came on both a Saturday and Sunday in the same weekend, and the store was closed. Nothing on their website or app to indicate that it was closed. On Sunday, they finally had a sign up that they were closed on the window. Flash forward to today, and they aren’t letting people into the actual store, drive through only. So if you have a mobile order, you have to wait in line in the drive through for 30+ minutes. It wouldn’t be a big deal if there was something online to actually indicate that it will be different each time you show up. But their app says that there is cafe seating, outdoor seating, etc. when there isn’t. Starbucks needs to get it together. Not to mention the last time I came, I ordered a Strato Frap, and there wasn’t any coffee in it. So it was basically extremely sweet milk. Super disappointing to pay $7 for a drink that doesn’t even have caffeine in it, when that’s the whole reason I came to the store.

This Starbucks is my go-to spot—cozy, busy, and always welcoming. The friendly service and reliable coffee make it a perfect place to relax or work. Highly recommend

I go to Starbucks nearly every day and always order the same thing. It’s always roulette as to if I’ll get what I actually ordered. Every day I order DOUBLE extra caramel in my drink and every day I see the barista enter it in the register as just “extra”… sometimes it comes with double extra but mostly not. I assume there’s no button on the register for this however I’ve also seen the person that took my order, mention to the person making it that I requested double extra and I’m sure there’s a way to ring it up, idc if I’m charged double, that’s fine by me! I hate asking for them to fix my drink, it’s uncomfortable and besides you just end up standing there being ignored, baristas trying not to make eye contact so they don’t have to help you.
I just wish I could get what I asked for, it’s a big middle finger to me to have my specific order ignored day after day and I wish there could be some training as to what “extra” means because it varies widely between employees.

For a long time I went to this Starbucks at least 4 times a day. Not anymore. Staffing changes have resulted in rude behavior. Why go spend money with a business that feels hostile

I never seen what they said today, I am the customer long time Starbucks, but unfortunately today is my last day for the Starbucks?

One of the employer, she is rude when I entered quickly at the store I asked the code of bathroom after that I want ordered something, and she answered me I can’t give you the code , so how is possible that every day and every time it’s must taken something in Starbucks that’s is. Thank you by by Starbucks

Come to star buck+s probably more than i could afford but this happens to be the only place I splurge on a
drink to treat myself to the dragon fruit drink with the splash of peach juice. I never know or remember the name of the sizes of drinks so I specify the largest you have and unfortunately it's only when I get to the window I realize this is not the size because this is the only size I ever get and remember so the employee Alyssa i replied to her this isn't correct is it the largest size she said no after she first tried to give me someone else's drink and I just explain i say largest because i don't know names so she said she will need to charge me more and now I need to wait and I explain this is why I say largest so there's no inconvenience on both sides and at this location line has short space for vehicles and she said rudely unfortunately things happen in this industry, I was tooken back by her stern reply and I ask for her manager she seem not bothered and called for her while standing behind her with another employee telling them and laughing being smug. There seems to be no accountability these days for this type of behavior the manager did reply it's not acceptable and I said I'd call corporate after the she had smug face and manager seem to agree and ask if I needed the number which led me to believe her hands are tied with this type of behavior

I visited the drive-thru and received a drink that was almost entirely ice, with only about 10% of the actual beverage. When I politely addressed the issue, the manager responded with rudeness, insisting on “mutual respect” despite my courteous approach, including saying “please” and “thank you.” Additionally, I had specified that I needed a vegan drink due to Lent, yet she dismissed my request and remarked on the price of my order in a disrespectful manner. Her attitude made it seem as though she was doing me a favor rather than simply providing the service I paid for. Accountability is essential—I appreciate you taking the time to read this.

Manfred! At least is what it says on his apron. He is the best reason to come to this specific Starbucks. He is so kind and you can even tell it just in the way he talks. I hear his voice in the drive thru and it makes me smile. He is a real light in this world.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review in the last 20 years maybe two in total?

To the gentleman at the register. In any service industry I understand the customer is rarely ever right and being in the service industry isn’t easy.

I order the same drink at Starbucks everyday. This is my first and last time at your location. My drink filled up 1/4 of a cut on a venti cup. I explained nicely that I’m okay with my drink but wanted to let you know all the other locations my drink is filled 3/4 to full.

You flat out told me that the other locations don’t know what they are doing, because your location did it right.

So the last 10 visits at 4-5 different location must be doing it wrong?

If that’s the case shouldn’t Starbucks re-train the other 4-5 location since you’re the only location doing it right?

Politeness goes a looong way. By far one of the best Starbucks in the Twin Cities. Everyone is super kind. Always coming back!
