Manfred! At least is what it says on his apron. He is the best reason to come to this specific Starbucks. He is so kind and you can even tell it just in the way he talks. I hear his voice in the drive thru and it makes me smile. He is a real light in this world.
I’m impressed with how quickly they were moving the line in the driveway! It’s been a while since I’ve been here, and these guys had everything running smoothly and efficiently. If I’m ever in a rush in the morning, this is definitely where I’ll go!
I am rating so highly because of Grace, the manager. I went thru the drive thru. Everything went as expected. I got to my destination and went to take a drink of coffee, and the coffee was so hot, the cup collapsed in my hand, shooting hot coffee all over me. My hand, chest, and lap got burnt. I was wet, freaked, and in pain. I settled myself and immediately called. I didn't want this to happen to others. Grace answered the phone and was so understanding and genuinely concerned....
