When I walked u gossip among employees about another one also it was just standing their with no recognition at all about 7 minutes while they were both just back behind counter!

The owner of this group of the chain might be the biggest jerk I've ever met. Was rude not only to his employees but also to me. I felt so bad for his employees they seemed nervous to be around him! I love subway but something needs to change with the guy's attitude. Was not a comfortable attitude to be in for ordering just a few sandwiches.

Someone hacked my Subway account and placed an order at this location. I called this location for help and the OWNER NAMED TRAVIS literally told me it was a personal problem and told me to cancel my bank card (which will mess with my monthly bills) and refused to even look up a phone number for me to call so I could get help.
Will be filing corporate complaint as well as a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I come to subway often and never had I've had a bad experience but yesterday I did the worker was very rude and disrespectful I told her that I had 3 orders she took the first one and didn't even ask about my other two orders and when I said something she told me I have to wait and continued to go to the next person and when I said some another girl came out of the office and told me I could leave that wasn't happening alls I was trying to do is get my food I think who ever is in charge needs to address the situation

Placed an order online at 8:20pm with the restaurant closing at 9pm. The restaurant called immediately after saying they did not have the type of bread requested and offered a different option. I selected, and then she proceeded to tell me that the order had been cancelled because they were closing early. This was extremely poor communication and if this location closes at a time other than 9pm, the posted hours should be updated.
Don’t use this location the young girl gotta HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM and the old lady just going to look at you with CONFUSION… take your business elsewhere! Thank me later ?‼️

Okay, I generally give good reviews - this review would be far better if not for what happened a few weeks ago.My wife and I go here pretty often! Generally, we like Subway, and this location isn't particularly special on either end of the spectrum. Staff is good enough that it doesn't bother me but they're not especially impressive either.We came here for sandwich (what else?) and ordered the exact things we normally do (tuna sandwich for my wife, vegetarian for me). When we got home we didn't let the food sit around, but started eating immediately - tried to anyway.The bread was not fully cooked. It seemed fine on the outside but the inside was dense, doughy... I don't know what else to say, it wasn't quite raw but it wasn't fully done either.Stuff happens, so I called the store - Subway cooks their bread in big batches so I was sure we couldn't be the only ones who would get bread like this! I knew they'd want us to bring the food back in, since people definitely try to get free food with complaints - I was honestly AS concerned for the staff as I was for ourselves (and we were the ones whose dinner had been ruined!), I wanted them to check the other bread or keep their eyes open when cutting it to prevent a rash of issues.The girl who answered the phone totally denied even the POSSIBILITY that I could have experienced what I had, and would not even slightly listen to me - I wasn't being unpleasant or asking for anything free, I was trying to be helpful!! She was incredibly rude.We kept the bread (toppings went into the trash) in ziploc bags so it'd be easily verifiable that it wasn't just sauce having soaked in and kept the receipt, and we DID go back in the next day. I don't know whether they HAD gotten other complaints or not, but the manager barely looked at the raw bread we'd gotten, and they made new sandwiches for us - we got nothing for the inconvenience of having had to come twice, or not getting to eat dinner like we'd planned the previous night. I hadn't really EXPECTED anything, but it would have gone a long way if they'd even done more to acknowledge their mistake.I have a pretty strong suspicion that we weren't the only people who had issues with that bread based on the treatment that following day. Fortunately, the replacement sandwiches were fine.So I would normally give a MUCH lower rating based on that experience, but... we're still going to go to Subway, this location even. We had one bad experience among many normal ones.This is nowhere near like, a Domino's type experience (fyi: DO NOT order from the Domino's in West Saint Paul...), so I still feel like three stars is a fair rating for this Subway.
