Buyers Beware: Ordered online through a system similar to DoorDash for the West St Paul location but it’s not tracked on the app. All numbers for assistance go to the restaurant. Placed an order yesterday for Build Me Up with Onion Rings and Build Me Veggie with seasoned fries. Extremely disappointing to find out veggie burgers were out of stock and staff were going to substitute a veggie burger for a regular beef burger. The patty on my burger did not smell fresh. No manager on duty. Limited staff. Unable to receive a refund for the veggie burger and seasoned fries yesterday. Unable to reach a manager or anyone at the location today. Currently out of $42.95.

This is the worst Denny's I've ever been. Let me start with the waitress, she served a cup of coffee to my friend ice cold. It should have been hot. When I brought it back to her before I could even say it was cold she said "was it cold" ....she knew she served a cold cup of coffee. Then when our food came out it was room temperature and the breakfast sausage I got with my meal was so old it tasted like plastic. Our waitress name is Bella if that's really her name was so rude. I asked her to take the coffee off of the bill because it should not have even made its way to the table because she knew it was cold, was told no because you drank it. She is a child that needs to correct her attitude. Bella is very rude and has no business working in hospitality. I asked her for the general managers name and the phone number that I can call in the morning and was told "well you just have to Google it because we don't have the phone number to the restaurant." I can't believe this place is still open. I would love to know who the owner is of this place.
