Amazing! They have the best boba. I highly recommend trying the lychee jelly.
What I asked for vs what I got.
This location is the true definition of a hit or miss. Of all the times I have gone here, there is only one staff who makes it right every time. When she’s not there, my drink is always icy and flavorless. What a shame. On the bright side, I know the Burnsville location gets it right every time. I’ll be going there going forward.
Tii Cup is one of our favorite bubble tea places. They are one of the few places that will make a fruit tea using black tea instead of green tea. They do only have one small order kiosk, so I could see that being a slight issue if you are there when they are busy. Every time we visit, they are always consistent with their flavors. They are one of our go to’s for our bubble tea cravings.
Listen… I don’t know what kind of magic Nallely puts in these drinks, but every sip feels like a hug from the universe 🧋✨ She’s the real MVP of Tii Cup — friendly, fast, and always serving up smiles with the boba. I walked in tired and grumpy, walked out feeling like I could run a marathon (with a straw in hand, of course). If boba were an art form, Nallely would have a museum dedicated to her! Give that woman a raise, a trophy, and maybe her own flavor on the menu — “The Nallely Special,”
I’ve been to several of the Twin Cities locations and it seems like they’re always short on something, or their machines aren’t working. Calling ahead doesn’t help either most of the time no one answers, and some stores don’t even have a phone at all. I recently drove out of my way to one location only to find out they had just one option available for their biing. When they first opened in the metro, I thought the place had a lot of potential, but in my opinion things have really gone downhill. At the location we visited today, the worker told me they didn’t even have cups. I asked if she could use a different container, but she said her boss told them not to make it at all. Whatever happened to putting the customer first?
This was our second time trying the West St. Paul location. The only reason we even gave it another try is because the Woodbury location closes at 8pm, and this one stays open an hour later. We walked in and the young lady behind the counter was friendly, but just like the first time no strawberries for the Berry Splash Snow Biing. That’s two times now, same issue.
What really frustrated me though was trying to call ahead before making the trip, only to find out their phone number is disconnected. When I asked about it in person, I was told their phone just doesn’t work anymore. It’s hard to serve customers if they can’t even reach you. In the end, it was another wasted trip, and my very last.
What kind of business doesn’t have a phone number? You call the number listed with the business and it goes straight to voicemail. What a major inconvenience. In today’s world, accessibility matters, and the lack of a direct way to speak with someone makes the overall customer experience disappointing.
Great boba and selection of flavors
Love the drinks and street foods
I went this afternoon and there were 5 minutes left until closing time and a young lady who was serving was very rude and told my friend that she couldn't make her the drink she wanted because there were only 5 minutes left.

Hands down the worst boba shop experience I’ve ever had. I visited Tii Cup and left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed.
The black tea in my drink tasted old and borderline spoiled—definitely not fresh. It was so bad I ended up throwing it away after just a few sips. Total waste of money.
The shop was miserably hot inside, and we were told there’s no A.C.—which is hard to believe considering the Caribou Coffee in the same building had perfectly functioning air conditioning.
But the absolute worst part was the service. The cashier, Molly, was shockingly rude. When I asked a simple question, she responded aggressively with, “You can say that to my face,” like she was trying to start a fight. It was completely uncalled for and totally unprofessional.
To make things worse, my friend had to wait forever for her food, even though other customers who ordered after her got their food and left. When she asked about it, they kept giving vague excuses like “It’s coming” or “We’re putting on seasoning”—but it was clear she was being ignored.
Between the spoiled tea, no A.C., and hostile staff, I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. I will never be coming back.
This place maybe even the people here cannot make the drinks. How do we get strawberry matcha and it tastes like a Bannana smoothie. The matcha was not matchaing.
My kids absolutely love coming here, they have some real good drinks and such a variety
I love this out of the way spot to meet with friends. They have a massive assortment of beverages. The staff is friendly. It is usually pretty quiet.
One of the best bubble teas I've had! Also their street chicken is really tasty. They have a good variety of flavors for teas, and even different flavors of popping boba.
