Although the renovated dining room is nice and food is exactly what you expect, the service at this location is downright atrocious. Despite me being the only customer in the store and repeatedly greeting both of the employees behind the counter, neither of them acknowledged me or so much as looked in my direction. One was talking on the phone, and the other seemed to be highly concentrated on putting glossy cheese slices and dry olives into a salad. After waiting for ages, one of the staff finally bothered to take my order, and then proceeded to continue working on those awful looking salads for an online order. Again, I was the solitary customer in the store at this point. It wasn't busy in the slightest, so I have no idea why she couldn't have just but the finishing touches on those God-forsaken salads after making the ONE sandwich I had just ordered. What should've been a quick afternoon stop at Subway turned into an awkward 20 minute affair marred by terrible customer service. Subway, I love you man, but you gotta step up your customer experience.

We were the only customers at the store and had to wait over 10 minutes to be helped. The staff were very unprofessional, had no bread or cookies made, cared more about gossiping with each other than making our food. Our flat breads were rock hard and staff refused to fill sauce bottles to make the subs the way we wanted. Will not be back.

Ordered sub online added bacon and avocado picked food up no cheese no bacon and no avocado my sons sub didnt have the avacado or bacon like it was supposed to either this is the 3rd time my order isn't made right and I paid extra for bacon and avocado needless to say im done with this location I'd rather drive an

Passing through town.... decided to try something other than "fast food." High school student working... Knew his stuff, pleasant, had to multi-task as there was bread being baked. I WOULD stop there again!
