I did ordered online App. I called and wanted to make sure that, they had my order correct. The employee name Makayla, answered the phone, she was very rude, she didn’t listen anything I asked, she hang up on me. Didn’t say thank you. Once we picked up our order, my man, went inside and doubled checked if everything was correct. They only said sorry. Once we got home, we started to eat the food, his steak was very rubbery, not enough mushrooms, we paid extra for it. Half way eating our food, he found long hair in the spinach dip. We ended up giving it to the dogs. Very disappointed, rude staff and food was gross. We are not going back there ever again. Worst customer service ever.

Lunch today, ordered the chicken/shrimp off the new menu. Only seasoning on the chicken was garlic. I got 5 small shrimp with no seasoning. Not at all how it is advertised! Really disappointed!

I had chicken Alfredo and it was terrible. Noodles were way underdone, like stuck together in one large bunch. Sauce had no taste, thickened flour milk. Only thing that was good was the bread stick. Made my own garlic sauce at home and cooked with noodles to get it done.
