The male managers at this Arby's location in Willmar are absolutely terrible. They are rude to customers, rude to their own constituents, and rude to the brand. The female manager is the only saving grace for this location. Those male managers need to get out of their immediately

Very rude manager and employee. He argued with me about what I had ordered. And then he said he wouldn't serve me. Slammed the drive-thru doors. The two managers on duty just stood there. I was literally in shock 😯
Got food from Arby's drive-thru Sunday December 15 . 8:30-9:15 Pm. We go there and always get cold fries -food in general. We like hot food . Not cold food sitting around. This makes us and others very irrational. Service here is very poor.

I went in fairly late I admit that but there was no reason these mind you GROWN ADULTS should have done what I asked for 5 each of the Arby’s sauce and horsey sauce they gave me 35! Also they over salted my fries and not lightly but so much so they were inedible there was so much salt my table looked like it was full of glitter I get being annoyed when it’s almost closing and people pull up but that is no reason to do any of that those workers are some of the most disrespectful and immature employees I have seen.
Truly I am disappointed not just in the fact my dinner was ruined but that these ADULTS acted like literally children and you know what they might as well be considered children with the way they acted.

HORSEYSHIT! The beef and cheddar sandwich I ordered looked like they went out of their way to shave off the very edges of the loaf of roast beef, leaving the sandwich all full of just shavings and loose flakes, ends and pieces all mushed together.
The girl who helped us take our order behind the counter was nice. But there was another dude who was working the front counter barking people's names and walking back and forth like he was jacked on steroids and just come off of a 10 hour workout.
I don't like my name being barked, and I don't like a thin-mush pieces beef and cheddar sandwich.
