Caribou used to be our family favorite. We switched from going to the main store in town to going to the cabin, due to an angry employee. For a long while we enjoyed, once again, beverages made well and excellent service. Now the angry employee is at the cabin as well (the other employees are wonderful), and I had a terrible experience there. Have found a new coffee haunt, and do not plan to return for coffee or beans. Do not recommend.

There was this girl named Robin that works at this location and she was incredibly rude and after she charged me for food the didn’t have she was disrespectful when I told her I wasn’t sure I wanted the lesser option.

I jumped into the drive through line, even though the line was pretty long. Surprisingly, the wait was less than 2 minutes. Staff was ready with my drink when I got to the window. They were friendly and polite and my coffee was hot and fresh. I didn't get any food, just coffee.

Standard coffee experience in the drive thru! About an 11 minute wait from the time I pulled up to when I got my iced coffee. Staff seemed a bit frazzled but a sign said they have new equipment and to bear with them.
Every single time I pay for extra shot in my drink and I don’t get it, today I asked for 2 extra shots paid 11$ for my drink to taste like sugar milk. It’s frustrating.
