Food is pretty good. No complaints. Order fulfillment is almost unbearably slow. I was waiting inside for a ToGo order for 25mins when there's barely any people here. I don't think its much to ask for for a single combo meal just saying.

The sunday lunch crew is pathetic at best and appears to be just a bunch of loud, bad mouth, obnoxious kids. Had to repeat my order THREE (3) TIMES for the person to understand it. Food was cold by the time it got to us. Not coming back to this dump.

Went through drive thru, what a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They weren't even busy, we ordered 3 chicken meals with 1 drink and a.... Liquid blizzard. The liquid blizzard was given before ANYTHING ELSE, i think each one of us got someone's left over gravy cups because they were less than half full and there's was gravy all over the inside and outside of container.... Yes i have pictures.

Our truck almost overheated waiting for over 10 minutes just to place our order in drive through. Then another 15-20 minutes waiting on two cars ahead of us and then our order. The girl at the window asked if I wanted a cotton candy blizzard when I asked for a confetti cake blizzard. She knew what I had asked for because we asked her to verify it once we finally made it to the window. It was a nightmare and I thought our truck was done for but we were really excited to get something cold on such a hot day. We live on a fixed income and rarely get food out. Needless to say, super disappointed. DQ is not the fun place I remember as a child.

We have given this DQ location multiple tries and I don’t think we’ll go back due to the constant and universal dysfunction. It was about 10 minutes from when we walked in the door until we were acknowledged by staff and there was only one other person waiting to receive their food. The payment systems were down and had to be rebooted by the manager. One of the large freezers in the dining area was out of order leading to constant beeping from the machine and water on the floor. The bathroom was in disrepair with soap dispenser sitting on the counter. Tables were dirty. Staff was friendly when they did acknowledge us, but overall this DQ location needs help before our business is earned again.

I am really disappointed in the quality of the food I received! The hot dog was awful!!! Couldn’t even bite into it! Looks like it’s been sitting all day!!! Very disappointed…

Very, very slow service. Our order was also wrong, but we didn't even try to get it fixed. Dirty tables. 30 minutes from when we walked in to when we got our food. The food was good, thankfully. One thing I enjoyed was Pastor Paul, who greets guests with a smile!
I ordered online so I could pick it up quickly on my lunch break. I went to the drive through and was told I needed to come inside. I went inside and then had to wait in line while four people in front of me ordered, just to get my meal that was sitting there ready, because someone couldn't take 5 seconds to pass it through the window.

It’s a really nice place, but really slow service waited almost 10 minutes for somewhere to even take our order,than we got the food after 15 mins messed up the order, original cheeseburger. Had the works on it and the preztel was rock hard queso was cold fix ur shit

This is how my blizzard was handed to me (but without the napkins). It was dripping so much that I literally had to throw the ice cream cone we ordered out the window of the drive thru just so I could try stopping the blizzard from getting all over my clothes. Went to my mom's less than a mile away and the whole thing was soup. My "extra banana" meant exactly 3 pieces of banana. I took 2 bites and threw the whole thing away.
The food was excellent!
